Had the worse experiense star from sales to managers !! (-1) Greetings Brian Napleton. My son was interested in the purchase 2020 Kona his first new car. I went to Darcy we looked it at the vehicle and was not happy with the service. The original General Manager is no longer there that we use to see, when I leased my 2016 Veloster so I went to Napleton's dealer on 11-30- 19. Met with Jason Anderson, I told him I would like to deal with one person and one person only who has the knowledge because I did not want surprises at the end of the day. So I was directed to Belsie Solis. I have explained to Jason Anderson and Belsie Solis on what my son was looking to buy and all I wanted is to make the purchase a good experience for my sons first purchase. Going forward the numbers were not in my favor so the sales manager, Jason Anderson, was negotiating on behalf of the dealer. We agreed on a monthly payment, lease, we shook hands deal was done and then they came back that we needed more money, I was disappointed because we had a verbal agreement and deal was done he was persistent on getting the deal in my favor we agree and closed the deal. Also I explained to Jason Anderson and Belsie Solis that my lease vehicle 2016 Veloster will be returned do to the lease is over and they were aware of this because I wanted to use the incentives. Have some kind of paper work on the return lease. Finance took over, Marina Arreguin, was the person who did the paper work. She had ONE OF THE WORST attitudes. Paper work was done, I got no second key, no $50 for test drive, no license plate. They did mention that computers were down and she will mail to my house. Never got it, also that paper work from the 2016 Veloster dealer taking possession on my returned lease never got it. I tried to reach out to Belsie multiple times via phone call, texts, email, finally she texted me back saying she was to busy due to the holidays. So I took it upon myself to go to the Napleton's dealer to find out what is going on with the missing items as well as never hearing anything back. Mr. Jason Anderson promised me that he personally would be taking care of this but nothing ever happened. I also Spoke with a Brian Anderson one of the Manager on duty the day who also guaranteed me everything would be taken care of. In the meantime I was talking to Mr. Derick Urban and promised me he would follow up. Finally I got a call from Brian Anderson they would be picking up my vehicle and dropping a loaner vehicle on 12-27-19 they pick it up my son 2020 Kona with a full tank of gas. I got a loaner vehicle to drive for the mean time while they correct the issues on my son 2020 Kona vehicle which this loaner was all dirty inside and garbage I was very disappointed in how they treat customers, so I got a call from Brian following up on my son's car is ready and they will be dropping it off on 12- 28-19 ETA 2:30PM, I wait and waited, no one called me back, called them back on 12-30-19 to come and drop off my son's car and pick up the loaner, they sent someone to pick it up. I got my vehicle back with one quarter tank of gas which had just been garbage from McDonalds unfortunately not all the issues was corrected. I NEVER GOT THE $50 DRIVE AND TEST like they advertised. The money is not an issue it is the principal. The bottom line is I'll never do business with this dealership. I don’t know how you can call all this customer service they failed tremendously all they care is in how many cars they sell so they compete among themselves if you look at the web site is like competition amongst themselves this person sell 10 cars, the next person sold 17 the list goes on and on. but they forget one thing is in how to treat customers. I left a message with the receptionist to general manager (Al Abbas) to call me, the response was he is in a meeting. I never got a call back. My option is sending and follow up with emails to Brian Nepleton hopefully he will take action on this matter and to be aware of what is going on in his businesses. More to follow... More

There is nothing I hate more than pushy hard sales car salesman and dealerships and this was totally reverse of that. The final negotiations were comfortable and easy and I never felt pressured. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a Hyundai to come to Valley Hyundai and ask for Nazir. More
