Never have I ever... felt so disgusted, devalued and disrespected while making a large purchase! I honestly had to take a day before writing this review, as I did not want to meet ignorance with ignoran disrespected while making a large purchase! I honestly had to take a day before writing this review, as I did not want to meet ignorance with ignorance. Before I explain what went wrong, I’d like to share everything that was right... 1. Jon Smith was an amazing sales man and such a true gentleman! He was the main reason I didn’t walk away, he was understanding and supportive every step of the way. 2. Al, General Manager: I thank you for your understanding and respect. I also appreciate you for addressing the issue immediately. 3. Bryan (Finance Director) and Brian (Sales Manager) were both great as well and truly put my mind at ease after dealing with the madness and disrespect. Now let me share the problem that I was faced it while spending MY hard earned and honest money to purchase a new vehicle. After working with Jon and having a great experience, his supervisor Jason Anderson (pictured below) came over to “finalize” the deal and instantly I was met with what I felt was pure racism, hatred & blatant disrespect. Jason made comments to me like “I’m doing you a favor (I’m spending my money, you aren’t doing me a favor sir!), you need to jump on this deal (as if this same “deal” does not exist in any other dealership), I’m surprised you were even approved with so many open loans (check my income again, I provided my pay stubs)”. Additionally, I was told that my personal check was not acceptable for my down payment and they were going to have a porter take me to the bank to get a cashiers check. I have purchased several cars in the last twenty years (on average I purchase a new car every 3 years) and I have never in life been treated like this! However, in spite of how I felt I still made the purchase because I refused to let Jason’s ignorance have any power or authority over me and my decision to purchase the vehicle that I wanted! I’d like to just say this in closing... Jason Anderson, you were clearly breastfed racism at your mother’s bosom as you came at me with your pathological DNA! In the words of Coretta Scott-King “Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injuries the hated.” Even in your apology you were disrespectful! No one deserves to be disrespected, you don’t have a right! The next time you make the conscience decision to be disrespectful my advice to you is as follows; Don’t be sorry, be careful! More

I love this dealership. I have leased 2 new vehicles through them and always have them perform my service as well. The salesmen, especially Faris are outstanding and the finance advisor, Brian, couldn’t through them and always have them perform my service as well. The salesmen, especially Faris are outstanding and the finance advisor, Brian, couldn’t be nicer. The service team is always accommodating and on top of all maintenance issues. I previously also had my 2016 Sonata that I purchase in Elmhurst, were I used to live, serviced here as well. Cannot day enough good things about this dealership! :) More

Love my new Tucson. When we came in we wanted a pre-owned SUV. Thought we would save some money. Jose was great at explaining that if we took advantage of getting 0% it would be a better choice and get a new SUV. Thought we would save some money. We went to check out a mini van that we saw online. Upon arrival the employees and sales staff at the Napleton in Aurora were very accommodating and eager to show us what they had available.
