Had a mostly pleasant experience. Sales Rep, Pavel Dimitrov was fantastic and courteous. The only issue, was the add stated that the vehicle was Certified Pre-owned, but that was not the case as expla Dimitrov was fantastic and courteous. He even had the GM Al reach out to me again personally within minutes to make sure things were resolved accordingly. As I said before Joe, Al and Napletons is unmatched!! Joe moved swiftly and efficiently taking matters into his own hands as promised to make sure I would not be left with any further issues/concerns. I couldn’t be more pleased and utterly thrilled with the outcome. It’s clear since the first interaction integrity is of the utmost importance to Joe and for that I’m grateful! No one returns phone calls especially if there is an issue. I would rate Demetri, Jason Andersen’s manager, a ZERO if given the opportunity to rate him. He’s a typical narcissistic Sales Manager that doesn’t care about the customer, but rather his Bottom Line. More
