I was referred by my friend Emmanuel Griffin, who has purchased several vehicle's from them. I took my son as a first time buyer and the sale manager gave us Stephanie King to assist us. Stephanie was so warm and polite, she made my son experience so comfortable. Stephanie explained every detail of the process very smoothly. She explained the xxxxxxand con's of buying his first car and what she look for in a vehicle. We literally did not get out of there until 10:30pm but Stephanie was so patient with the process and kept checking with the finance manager and giving us updates. You would've never knew she only had 10 months experience because she was so professionally and had the best customer service which I'm a firm believer that customer service is everything. I highly recommend Stephanie to any of my friends and family. Stephanie is an awesome person and I thank her for a smooth experience for my son. More

We stopped into Napleton's Valley Hyundai after several long days of car shopping. We were pleasantly surprised at the difference we felt after walking in the door at this dealership. Elizabeth patiently listened to everything we were looking for in a car and was very respectful of our budget. She offered to show us multiple different cars with no high-pressure sales tactics, and in the end, Elizabeth found us the car of our dreams! During the buying process, we really felt like Elizabeth was on our side. There was no back and forth negotiation and we were able to stay within our budget. Elizabeth even entertained our toddler while we signed paperwork! I can't say enough good things! Car buying can be stressful and overwhelming, but Elizabeth and the staff at Napleton's Valley Hyundai make it easy. We are so happy with our purchase and know we will enjoy this car for years to come. More
My daughter was looking for a new Kona as her first vehicle (other than driving family hand-me-downs). Napleton's Valley Hyundai had an advertised price of $2800 off a particular Kona in the color sche vehicle (other than driving family hand-me-downs). Napleton's Valley Hyundai had an advertised price of $2800 off a particular Kona in the color scheme my daughter liked best. It was literally $1,000 lower than any another Kona on their or anyone else's lot, and $1800 lower than my local dealership was quoting me off the price of a Kona. (Napleton is 3 hours from me, but near where my daughter goes to college.) So I emailed about the vehicle thinking that this is probably already sold, that they leave it posted on the website to draw customers, but nope, they claimed it was on the lot. I confirmed the price, and asked if they could guarantee me they would hold the vehicle until I arrived, and they said they would. They tried to get me to keep this $800 geo-fence system on the vehicle, which is strange they offer this since Hyundai has it's own geofence system built into their new cars, but I was able to successfully get them to exclude that silly thing (they didn't actually remove the device, I see it is still attached under the fuse box lid, and connected, but it is deactivated). Knowing a lot could go wrong with this — ie. the Kona really isn't on the lot, they sell it out from under me, they don't really honor their price, I have to add this ridiculous package to get that price — I set out to buy the car. I had pre-filled out financing, so it was pretty much a done deal. I get to the dealership, which was rather busy for a Monday in the middle of the month, and they assign Jameel Hawkins to me. Jameel is a new salesman, a very friendly, nice guy, you can just tell this guy is super honest (which is surprising to see someone like him working in car sales), he had worked security for Napleton and other places prior to selling cars. It was nice of Napleton to assign him to my daughter and I on basically a done deal, so he can learn the ropes and put into practice what he has been taught. We sit down, and he started to go through the classic four-square let's-see-if-I-can-squeeze-more-money-out-of-you routine, until he quickly realized the price is set and the deal is done so there is no need to go through that. God bless him. Anyway, I literally had to wait over 2 hours just to get to financing. The only thing that bothered me is that I specifically asked for a 36-month term for my daughter, and they had quoted me a 2.55% interest rate, but they completed the financing with a 60-month term and 3.55% rate. It was getting late in the day I and was tired after having driven 3 hours, been at their dealership for 3 hours at this point, and knew I had to eat supper in the area and drive 3 hours home. Plus 3.55% isn't bad, for my daughter has virtually no credit history (which is why I was co-signing to help her build her history), so I just left it and figured she can still pay according to her 36-month schedule and just pay ahead. Plus if she had to, she could make lower payments. Anyway, I was thrilled that we got the car at the advertised price, because their was also many Hyundai incentives, so we got this new 2021 Kona at $6300 off sticker, which was cheaper than several used 2020 Kona's, with thousands of miles, that I had compared it to. I'm one who does a ton of research and comparison shops and likes to get the best deal. I can't stand the dishonesty that is so prevalent in the car business, and it's no wonder placed like Carmax and Carvana, even with their higher prices, draw customers who don't want to deal with all the lies. But Napleton's Valley came through, and I would shop here again, and would recommend them to others. More
Joe Williams was our sales associate at Napleton's Hyundai. Our 2008 Santa Fe was deemed condemned and we were put in touch with him to help us get back on the road. He was able to help us get a 2021 Hyundai. Our 2008 Santa Fe was deemed condemned and we were put in touch with him to help us get back on the road. He was able to help us get a 2021 Venue. He was very professional and courteous. We are sad to say goodbye to our Santa Fe but with his help we now say hello to our new Venue. 5 STARS across the board. More
