My car buying experience at Napleton's Valley Hyundai was so easy and seamless. Before arriving, I called to make sure the car I wanted was still available. I would give them zero stars if I could. Came in to purchase a vehicle with financing already in place with a bank that they do business with. Told the salesman and the finance manager several times as well as showed them my approval letter which they refused to take from me. The finance manager told me that they couldn’t beat the rate but preceded to run my credit even though I told them several times not to. The salesman was supposedly taking my information to pull my application and I did not sign. Then he came back and told me that I needed to sign anyway because of protocol. I told them several times to not run my credit and they did anyway through three different banks. They wanted me to pay a higher rate that they got and I said no. I have sent a request asking that the inquiries be removed and to date all I get is emails asking about earning my business. The inquires are still there! On top of that, the salesman was trying to make me pay for some kind of protective guards that are supposed to keep you from scratching your car with rings! I told him it wasn’t on the car but he insisted it was until I walked him back to the car and showed him that it wasn’t. Then he wanted to sell me a LoJack system that he couldn’t even show me where it was. Lastly he wanted to sell me some plan that repairs you car if damaged. Interesting enough, the car that online said had no accidents clearly had one. So they wanted me to pay for a damage repair package when the car already needed repair for the big dent in the side. Truly disappointed in the dealer and will never purchase a vehicle from them and will advise my family and friends to not do so as well. More
My family has had a horrible experience with this dealership for the better part of a year. My father purchased a Hyundai Sante Fe from this dealership 4 years ago. A little over 9 months ago the vehicle began burning though the oil very quickly, well before an oil change was due. We took the vehicle in to Napleton Valley Hyundai dealership after our personal mechanic suggested it might be a faulty motor and it should still be under warranty. The Service Center initially said they had to do a 2 part oil change/test to determine if the issue was the oil/motor. They failed to inform my father that he was going to have to pay for these oil changes, nevertheless, he did pay. He was instructed to return after so many miles so they could check the oil level and run the test again. When he returned for the 2nd test, he was told that they actually needed to run this "test" three times and that he would need to return once more to have the oil changed and levels checked. Each time they changed the oil, the vehicle continued burning through it at a faster rate than normal. My father checks the oil level after every oil change and realized after the last oil change about a month and half ago, that they overfilled it. Well, lo and behold, upon his return yesterday they informed him that the vehicle passed their test, and because it still had enough oil, they would not be honoring their "powertrain warranty" and replacing the motor on the vehicle, despite the fact that the first 2 times it failed the motor oil test and there was hardly any oil left when it was checked. So that's two failed tests, and 1 "passed" test. This is a pretty sneaky way of dodging their responsibilities, saving themselves some money, and leaving the consumer on the hook for fixing this car. Apparently, Napleton Valley Hyundai does not stand behind their vehicles and are unwilling to make good on their warranties, so buyers BEWARE! This doesn't even take into account the amount of misinformation they provided after each appointment, the amount of run around they gave him each time he was there, and confusion they created with their blatant miscommunication errors every time an appointment was scheduled. Suffice it to say, the technicians and managers there have their own policies on how appointments are made, whether or not a loaner is available, and when/how the work will actually be done. Stay away from this dealership as their customer service only goes as far as selling you the vehicle and getting you out the door. Their customer service does not extend past their point of sale. My service advisor was Adam Gilliam and he did great work letting me know about the damage to my SUV and the techs that fixed my gas lock on my vehicle I'm grateful for them. My service was broken up into two different days, the first part of the repair was done on February 7, 2022 and the second part of the repair was done on March 2, 2022. The only reason why it was done on two different days was because we were waiting for the part to get delivered to the shop. I was very pleased with the work!!! More

I was dreading purchasing a new car as it is usually such a pain but I can say that Ferris and Jordan made this a painless and even enjoyable experience. Our sales guy Joe was AWESOME! ! He did a fantastic job all around. Very humble, knew what we wanted and got right to the point. His manager and himself offered us water, coffee !
