Bought a luxury used car from them and had issues right out of the gate. Brought it to a certified mechanic and had issues diagnosed. Two pretty major repair needs were identified. Timing belt cover leaking oil and exhaust bracket broken causing vibrations. Discussed forth and back with sales and service, so they offered me to diagnose the issue. Both issues should’ve been identified during their so apparently detailed (over 100 points) used car inspection, but clearly have not. The oil leak issue I had fixed on my dime because I wanted a brand certified mechanic sort out this major issue. The exhaust issue they took a look at and told me it is not a safety issue and that’s why the used car sales manager is not willing to do anything. The car vibrates and makes metallic noises, but that does not seem to move them to get this issue fixed. In summary, inspect the used car that you want to buy from them, because as soon as you drive of the lot you seem to be out of luck. I’m really disappointed with their customer service and how they not handled these issues. Btw both repairs were quoted over $7k by an independent, certified workshop. More

I brought my car in yesterday for routine maintenance servicing, a near 40 mile drive from home. My service rep was Jason. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me about the work that we be done on my car and also a detailed explanation about a recall item on my vehicle, which I was not aware of.
