I’ve had the honor of purchasing not one, not two, but 3 new and used vehicles with the help of Joe over the years and I couldn’t be happier. Joe isn’t just going to just sale you a car, he’ll make sure you and your purchase are provided the best care. Joe consistently goes above and beyond with his customers. During my most recent visit, Joe contacted me prior to keep me informed with any and all additional updates regarding my car of interest. He would advise me of any models that would arrive that meet my criteria, provide cost updates and general info on each car. He also went a step further and provided me pamphlets with additional information id requested. Joe not only helped me get my dream car but showed me many others that fit the bill that I didn’t know I would be into! Before my arrival he prepped each car for test drives, already had them pulled up to the front entrance AND personally washed each of them! And he made sure to offer us drinks/snacks upon arrival, making us feel even more at home. When it came time to talk numbers, Joe as always pulled every string possible to keep me in line with my request. Even getting further assistance from the general manager AL Abbas so that we would not only get the deal done, but that we’d get the deal done to my satisfaction! He also work the wonderful Deb in finance to help get me the best warranty’s and rates! After purchase late into the night he still assisted me with transferring all my belongings to the new car, made sure to add my custom plate trim and get this, he even left me a hand written PERSONAL thank you note on the dash of my new care which literally brought me to tears because of the thoughtfulness. And Joe always calls after purchase to ensure I’m still satisfied with the vehicle and just doing well in general. I should also mention that any time I’ve ever had any inconvenience or needed assistance Joe immediately drops everything and instantly get it’s handled! Same goes for Al, and Jason in Sales!
