I had an appointment for an oil change using a Napleton Care Membership. It was a busy late afternoon and there was a looong line to get acknowledged. After waiting 5 minutes, I walked up to the service de Care Membership. It was a busy late afternoon and there was a looong line to get acknowledged. After waiting 5 minutes, I walked up to the service desk because I was afraid I was going to miss my service window of opportunity. The service desk promptly asked me to return to my car and wait for an advisor to approach me. There was a few large signs saying such right in front of the service desk but they weren’t visible when the lanes are full of cars. It would have been appreciated for similar signs to be visible by the garage entrance. Ten minutes later, I was finally acknowledged by an advisor. The experience afterwards was very courteous and professional. Kudos to Jason Jacobs for walking me thru the Napleton Advantage Oil change. He even checked my tire tread depths to verify if I should exercise my once a year tire rotation from my Napleton Care membership. Jason mentioned my work today was considered paid up front. I was assured the courtesy multi-point inspection didn’t show any unexpected surprises. The service shop was slammed full of cars and while it took 2 hours to get the oil change, I was able to enjoy coffee and water while waiting in the service lobby. My car was also washed and I was reminded that I could always get a free car wash whenever I’m in the area and as long as I don’t show up at the last minute. More
