From day one and until the purchase papers were signed by me, the Napelton's staff members were far and above the best I had dealt with over a two month time of car shopping. Thanks to Michael, we actually had fun through the entire process. He was very cordial, genuine and really seemed to care about our needs and feelings. He took the stress out of our car buying by being there for us and ensuring that we were on top of things with his timely updates. Now we have a new car and a new friend. Their offer for our trade in was a little low but they easliy matched the other offers we received. They didnt have the car in the colors we desired but they found one and retrieved it while we went for dinner down the street. Overall, this was the best car buying experience we ever had! Who likes car dealers? If you are like me, you are very unsure of the truthfulness of car dealers. Mike was not like most dealers. He was VERY honest and understanding with our needs and price point. If he had a car in our price range, but it was not good quality, he chose not to show it to us. His personality was warm and fun. I have been a Gartner customer since 1994 w/3 Buick LeSabre's. The service dept. is one of the reasons I returned to Gartner to look for a new car. The used car lot offered a used (but beautiful) Lac LeSabre's. The service dept. is one of the reasons I returned to Gartner to look for a new car. The used car lot offered a used (but beautiful) Lacross w/low miles. Richard came out & met me, offered for me to take it for a test drive and was not pushy at all. He also let me drive a Sonata and a Tusan that day. I left to go back to work and came back the next day where he let me test drive the Lacross & the Sonata again and he worked up a comparasion for them. My test drive convinced me the Sonata had more rear visibilty than the Buick + the warranty & gas milage for Hyundi far outweighed the Lacross. My trade in value on my car wasn't as favorable as I had hoped which was the only disappointment after caring for it to the best of my ablility since I use my cars for business and try to keep them in tip top shape. I would say my overall experience was good and Richard was very patient w/me. More
