Firstly I must say that I have not purchased a new vehicle since 1995; thus, I felt like a "fish out of water". The internet team was magnificent, Alison and Lindsey were fantastic in their prompt res vehicle since 1995; thus, I felt like a "fish out of water". Since I was terrified of being hassled or coerced upon arrival to a show room or lot at a car dealership, I chose to do all of my research via the internet. Alison Follert was always quick to respond and she always responded by addressing me by my first name; I felt her sincerity and she really supported my confidence to enter the dealership. So, again, HUGE THANK YOU FOR THAT!! Also, I was able to get the rebates, the $1000 Hyundai Cash back, teacher rebate, graduate rebate, owning another vehicle apart from a KIA rebate.... It was raining REBATES :-) Then, I met Boris, what a tranquil, peaceful, easy going man. My fiance and I arrived and said what I was looking for, he just gave us the keys and said "Have Fun!" What??? another test drive from a different dealership was accompanied by the sales rep. I appreciated the trust and confidence from Napleton and working with Boris was never easier or nicer. Whatever I asked, he said, "ok". Really ???? If he could not give me what I wanted, he did whatever possible to ask and then provide. I would recommend Boris to any person who has jitters in buying a new car. I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Ltd 2.0 Turbo.... I am in love!!! Because I've not ever owned a vehicle beyond the year 2000, I am enamoured!! Her name is Mrs. Jetson :-) Overall, my buying experience was incredible; however, without revealing too much, finance department was a bit pushy to buy an extended warranty. My Experience was great! I would recomend this dealer ship to my best friend or family member. Ryan Fordan was our salesman, and has continued to work with us with questions we had and getting our Blue ship to my best friend or family member.
