We could not be happier "again" in doing business with the team at Gartner Hyundai. Mike Wiley, our Gartner Sales Associates, could not have been any nicer to work with as we selected a car for our son's college graduation gift. Our last visit was a two year lease on a Hyundai Sonata when the kids were both in high school. This time a purchase for our son. I told Mike our youngest won't graduate for a few more years so he may have to wait a little bit before the next car purchase. We will definitely be back at Gartner asking for Mike. I went to Gartner on a recommendation from someone else. I will NEVER set foot there again. I walked in (the first time) on a Thursday afternoon. Most of the parking spaces in front were full with customer vehicles, so it was a fair assumption that they were busy. After spending about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging my presence, I left to run some errands. I came back about an hour and a half later, and spent another 15 minutes looking at the vehicle on my own. They were far less busy, and at least 2 of the sales people made eye contact with me, but no one ever came to talk to me. I was there to purchase a vehicle, not just look, so it was pretty amazing that none of them could be bothered. I left and went to another dealership where I was immediately greeted and shown the car I was interested in purchasing. While at work the next day, I casually mentioned my experience, and was shocked to hear from not one, but two of my coworkers that they had the same experience. It seems to be more than just a "one off" thing, so I will speak with my dollars and go somewhere else for sales and service. More

The service was prompt and knowledgeable. We were greeted in a nice way with by the attentive salesperson who knew the answers to our questions off the top of his head. My wife and I decided to purchase a new 2012 Sonata from Gartner Hyundai because of the deal we got on the car and working with Mike Wiley. Prior to buying the car I was emailing Mike constantly with quest Gartner Hyundai because of the deal we got on the car and working with Mike Wiley. Prior to buying the car I was emailing Mike constantly with questions on the Sonanta Hybrid and the GLS. Mike answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. On the day of the purchase we drove three different types of Sonanta. The Hybrid, GLS and the SE. Mike was always curteous and did not mind us driving each version of the Sonanta. We ending up with the SE and after a week with the car, I have absolutely no buyers remorse. The car is awesome, I constantly find people giving my car a second glance in traffic. The gas mileage has been better than EPA calculations and the technology on the car has me thinking that Hyundai is now playing in the major leagues. Why buy a bland Accord or Camry when you can get a Sonata? The Sonata has better looks, awesome fuel economy, more horse power, is cheaper and has the best warranty (I also purchased an extended bumper to bumper 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty as it was such a good price). I have owned alot of cars in my 23 years of driving and recently had a 2006 BMW 3 Series. The Sonanta is no BMW, but when you consider, space, equipment, price, fuel economy, warranty, looks, the Sonata is the the better car and I love driving it. More
