When buying a new car, there are two keys to the initial experience: (1) the sales approach employed by the salesman, and (2) the ultimate sense that we have paid a fair price. In this case, Mike Wiley's experience: (1) the sales approach employed by the salesman, and (2) the ultimate sense that we have paid a fair price. In this case, Mike Wiley's sales approach was perfectly tuned to fit us. We absolutely despise the "hard sell" approach, and when we have encountered it at other car dealerships in the past, we have simply turned around and walked out the door. Thus, Mike Wiley's "soft-sell style" made us feel comfortable and relaxed. His approach emphasized "service" rather than "selling," and thus created the impression that he was supportively working with us. He effectively minimized the tension that a customer necessarily feels when making a large purchase like this by remaining considerate, sensible, friendly, and thoroughly professional at all times. He ensured that our conversations took place at the human-to-human (rather than object-to-corporation) level. We never felt rushed and we never felt neglected. Rather, we always felt respected and appreciated. He is, quite simply, superb at his job. We also genuinely appreciated the work done by Bill in the Finance area as he clearly explained the options available (though he did lean toward a more "hard-sell" approach at times). Overall, we have had a highly positive experience with this dealership to date and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. More

Ken was excellent, very friendly, accommodating. This is, once you get his help. The reason I have Overall Experience as 4 is, that I have made 3 visits previously, and no one had approached me in 15 minutes once you get his help. I had an excellent experience at Gartner Hyundai! I researched my purchase a few days before heading into the dealership last week, so I had a general idea of reasonable price ranges for the type of ca researched my purchase a few days before heading into the dealership last week, so I had a general idea of reasonable price ranges for the type of car I was seeking, but I received an even better deal on my 2013 Sonata thanks to my sales representative (Scott S.), who literally bent over backwards to help me, and their financial salespersons (like Scott L.). Scott S. was not only polite and welcoming to my parents and me, but he didn't beat around the bush during our time together. We asked him about financing and with his extensive experience in that field prior to his work in sales, he was able to provide me with an answer early in our meeting. He was efficient, respected me as a person and customer and didn't waste my time or get my hopes up, which I really appreciated. I spent about three hours at the dealership from the time I arrived until the time I drove off, and that included test-driving two cars, walking around to look at several different models and having inquiries answered by a variety of persons at the dealership. That's been the shortest of my three car-buying experiences. More
I would not recommend this dealership, Mike Wiley was very nice however at times I did not feel as though I was given the appropriate attention needed. It was a busy day and I was understanding however, I was told it would be an hour wait to finish signing my paperwork and at one point all of the customers were done signing and I was sitting waiting for over two and a half hours. My gas tank was also close to empty. Most of the staff was nice however, I had to ask a few times to be helped. I would like to say that Mike Wiley did a good job of being welcoming however I did leave him a follow up voicemail On Saturday 5/26 with no returned call. Overall I did not have a good experience. Since then, I have been getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership and I have to say my experience has been nothing but exceptional throughout these years. Service staff is wonderful to work with and they take very good care of the customers. Icing on the cake was the last experience where I got my car towed to the dealership with some engine problem. To my utterly pleasant surprise it was fixed as part of the 10 yr warranty. Honestly I did not expect this. I am at a loss of words on how well I was treated as a customer. Gartner Hyundai ranks at the very top of my list of best customer service organizations. More
I just bought my first brand new car at Gartner Hyundai, the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. At this point, I feel like Bluetooth is a safety feature and the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. At this point, I feel like Bluetooth is a safety feature and it has been so great to drive hands free. Everything is easy to use and I love the look inside and out.
