purchased my first Hyundai from this dealership 9 years back. It was a wonderful experience then. Since then, I have been getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership and I have to say my experience h back. It was a wonderful experience then. Service staff is wonderful to work with and they take very good care of the customers. Icing on the cake was the last experience where I got my car towed to the dealership with some engine problem. To my utterly pleasant surprise it was fixed as part of the 10 yr warranty. Honestly I did not expect this. I am at a loss of words on how well I was treated as a customer. Gartner Hyundai ranks at the very top of my list of best customer service organizations. More

I just bought my first brand new car at Gartner Hyundai, the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. At this point, I feel like Bluetooth is a safety feature and the Accent GL 5dr and I am in love! I love the Eco boost and all of the safety features. I went to Gartner on a recommendation from someone else. I will NEVER set foot there again. I walked in (the first time) on a Thursday afternoon. Most of the parking spaces in front were full with customer vehicles, so it was a fair assumption that they were busy. After spending about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging my presence, I left to run some errands. I came back about an hour and a half later, and spent another 15 minutes looking at the vehicle on my own. They were far less busy, and at least 2 of the sales people made eye contact with me, but no one ever came to talk to me. I was there to purchase a vehicle, not just look, so it was pretty amazing that none of them could be bothered. I left and went to another dealership where I was immediately greeted and shown the car I was interested in purchasing. While at work the next day, I casually mentioned my experience, and was shocked to hear from not one, but two of my coworkers that they had the same experience. It seems to be more than just a "one off" thing, so I will speak with my dollars and go somewhere else for sales and service. More
