I had an awesome experience at Napleton's! All around First off, I work a crazy schedule so finding the time time to stop by would be a challenge- but no! They stayed open with me 2 hours after close to make sure I was satisfied. The porters even stayed to make sure my car was in tip-top shape before leaving! (They did forget to fill the wiper fluid up before I left, but I'll survive.) How many dealerships have guys that are willing to stick around until they know you are happy & well taken care of? I originally came in with the intention of buying a used 2011 Sonata, and walked out with a brand new Elantra. I am more than happy with the purchase! The deal I got was amazing. And not only did Ryan help me find a car with the perfect fit for me, the general manager even made it a point to help me get the most value in a new car. To top it off, Ryan came in the next day, his day off, to help me finish up my final paperwork. Talk about dedication to customers! I grew up knowing "never buy new!" and I planned on living that mantra indefinitely. (Why not get a newER car, without the extra dollar signs?) But I can honestly say, the deal I got really shattered that! They didn't try to play it up, "sell "me or distract me. It was forward & honest, and they let me decide what was best for me based on the numbers they could offer, what I could realistically afford, and what I was looking for. In the end, that seemed to be the 2013. I never expected to leave with a brand spankin' new car, but I am so happy I did! I really would recommend Napleton's to anyone looking for a new, or used, car. If you want honest service & a salesman who's willing to go the extra mile to get you a good deal AND something that's a perfect fit- ask for Ryan! You won't be disappointed. More

I want to thank Mario the salesperson for being honest and patient, after answering all the questions I had. I also want to thank their credit department for working to get the best deal possible since my credit score was not as good as I thought and making it affordable based on my limitations. I had mixed emotions about buying a new car.... part of me was very excited about purchasing a new car and yet the other part of me dreaded dealing with a car dealer. From previous experience's I have had me was very excited about purchasing a new car and yet the other part of me dreaded dealing with a car dealer. From previous experience's I have had when buying a car, I can honestly say they were not good..... they were tiring, grueling and could stretch from to 5 to 7 hours, and that is because I already knew what I wanted and had my own financing! Car dealers always want to know what interest rate my bank is offering, I understand that the salesman is trying to get me a better rate, but if I tell the salesman that I am fine the way I am with my bank, then "please" stop badgering me and let me be! Michael asked me that very same question, we told him we were fine with the interest rate from our bank and he said "okay, that's good" and he left us alone. All the salesman I have ever met are eager to sell, even if it means talking fast and being pushy, I understand a salesman does not have all day but please, give me a chance to think, afterall, I am the one who will be paying the car payments. Well, let me tell you, I "highly" recommend Michael Hall, he is very patient, listens to what you have to say, very attentive, does not rush you, he even told us to call him anytime we have any questions about anything. I have already recommended this dealership to my family & friends...Great salesman...... More

When I enter the dealership I was ready for the well known "salesman" treatment, but instead Kris was anything but. He took care of us from the time we walked on the lot. After getting an awesome price for our trade in he took us over to Rafeal for the financing part of our deal. Rafeal is someone my husband and I will remember for a life time. He talks to you in a language you can understand and when you are done you are walking away with a better deal then you thought you ever could. This place was amazing. Nothing of what you know dealerships can be. Kris was upfront and honest with us the whole time and held to the deals that had be promised via emails with Allison. I walked out with an amazing car and at an amazing price. I have already recommended this place to everyone I come in contact with. More
I unexpectedly had to start looking for a new car after I was in an accident that had totaled my car that I purchased last year. I had visited Gerald Hyundai in North Aurora first. I told the sales man at that dealership that I was only interested in looking and getting information. He was a fast talker and didn't really explain anything to me after I told him I had done a little research. They kept trying to get me into a used vehicle that I didn't want, for a price I wasn't comfortable with. Needless to say I walked out and never looked back. When I came to Napleton's Valley Hyundai I came with my dad to make sure the same thing didn't happen to me here. We were just looking outside and Michael came to us and brought us inside to look at the different Elantra models that are offered. I knew I wanted the 4 door sedan and knew the basics of the car and that I wanted the GLS with the popular package. He explained, very well to me all of the safety features, since that is extremely important after my old cars airbags didn't go off in my accident. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood what he was saying and didn't brush me off like the last dealership. The deal he was able to work out for me was amazing. Compared to the other Hyundai dealer that I went to, he got me into a brand new car for LESS than what the other dealership was going to put me in for a used one with a better APR and my monthly payments are in the range that I wanted to be in. I really couldn't have asked for a better dealership to go to. And I want to thank them for making my unexpected car shopping trip an absolute breeze. More
