Went to this dealer to buy a 2013 Tuscon for my wife as it was nearby and had great ratings, as well as being a USAA endorsed dealer. Met with Michael Hall initially as the sales manager, George Charalampo it was nearby and had great ratings, as well as being a USAA endorsed dealer. Met with Michael Hall initially as the sales manager, George Charalampous as the salesman to help test out the car and initialize buying, and Richard Hosmer to finalize payments and financing. Michael: Great sales manager and was very accommodating to me and my wife's needs. She was very particular about the exterior and interior color, seriously limiting what we could find. Michael managed to find one nearby, and arranged to have it shipped in. When that was bought before we could get it, he searched and found another a couple hundred miles away and arranged to get that in. When it turned out that was bought, he tried his hardest to get us a similar car, or a great deal on a 2014 instead of a 2013. He managed to price match a very reasonable price on a 2014, costing us very little more than what we were originally going to pay for the 2013. He was constantly available by phone to sort out details, and I found out later he was even taking calls and calling back on his days off which I hadn't known. Overall a hard working and friendly sales manager that was very easy to deal with. George: A very upbeat and talkative salesman. Made sure we knew every new and cool feature going on with the new car we were purchasing. While my wife and I tend to do a lot of research on what we purchase and thus knew almost all there was to know about the car, his explanations could help those who knew very little about the car, and he could easily make any car's quality features shine. He also keeps in contact after vehicle purchases to ensure that we're happy with the car and to answer any remaining questions, which is good as it shows that the dealer doesn't forget about you as soon as you give them your money. Very talkative but very nice salesman. Richard: My wife and I were on somewhat of a tight budget, so I wasn't expecting to be getting additional frills on the car, and was originally going with an auto-loan through my bank. Richard insisted that he could bring down my APR, keeping my payments low. While I was initially not wanting to deal with alternative banks, he found a low rate through a bank that I had a checking account with, and thus trusted. He managed to get an extended warranty for my wife's car while, with the lower APR rate, keeping payments essentially the same. He was rather pushy when it came to taking lower rates and buying & adding extra features onto the car which was somewhat uncomfortable, though it comes with the nature of the job. In comparison to other financial managers that I have dealt with, Richard did his best to keep our payments low and to earn our business. Overall I'd recommend this dealer to anyone to purchase a car from. I know a friend of mine bought his car here as well and had no problems. I've also had my car (purchased elsewhere 3 years ago) serviced here and the service employees were also very friendly to work with. More

I have been researching the Santa Fe for some time. Recently I went online to see what was available and what the prices were like. I went on Napletons website and found a used Santa Fe at a good price. I emailed back and forth with Alison. I explained my situation to her and told her I'd be using my car as a trade-in. She was extremely helpful and we set up a time for an appraisal on my car so I could see how much I would need financed. She told me she wouldn't be there at that time but that she would have someone help me when I got there. When I was walking in I was greeted outside, and as soon as I went in Nick was there to meet me and told me Alison asked him to take care of me. Everyone I encountered there was extremely pleasant. I spent a lot of time with Nick. We took a test drive and discussed what my objectives were. They were able to get me financed at a lower monthly payment than I had even requested. While waiting for the financing Nick made me feel like an old friend. We talked about everything from family to football. I never felt any pressure and in fact I felt very relaxed during the whole process. Richard, who did the financing paperwork with me was also very friendly and easy to work with. He even set me up with a warranty. Overall I can't say enough about everyone I encountered there. Great experience with a great staff. Will recommend Napleton's to anyone I know looking for a car. I was cheerfully greeted by every representative that I came into contact with whether they were involved in my transaction or not. Jackie was a fantastic representative who was instrumental in convincing me to come into the dealership in order to see if I was interested in upgrading to this vehicle from the 2011 Santa Fe that I had previously purchased from this same location back in February of 2011. I was especially impressed with Terry Baier because he was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. He also joined me on the test drive and introduced me to all of the new features that were present within this newer model vehicle which I found to be helpful. I was consulted at each phase of the purchasing process to guarantee that I was having my needs met and to ascertain if I had any further questions. Mark Bisciotti was the perfect person to wrap-up this business transaction because he was thorough, attentive and timely with getting all of the legal work explained and completed. Napleton Valley Hyundai was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Not only were they welcoming, but the employees and customer service was quite honestly second to none. They were tremendously accomodating, offering me cold refreshments, but also very personal and made you feel like family. The General Manager and salesman were fantastic and even got me to laugh on multiple occasions in such a stressfull situation in buying a car. Not only did I feel like I bought a car, I felt like I made friends ( we talked for about 45 mins that had nothing to do with the purchase). Overall, I can not thank them enough for the hospitality. They should be a model for the car dealerships everywhere and I will no doubt be going back and referring my friends and family to them.
