This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was so polite and considerate. They made sure you left paying what you planned on paying. He gave his opinion and when I was struggling to decide which vehicle to buy, he drew out a comparison chart and asked me what I was looking for and what the most important features were for me to have in a car. After I decided, I was given an offer, but I gave what I wanted to pay and it was accepted. The GM came out to introduce himself and to congratulate me on my new purchase. To finish off I worked with Derek Urban and he walked us through the process and all the paperwork. What a great team! I will highly recommend anyone to this dealership and specifically to Ryan Fordan! I would say Derk Urban too, but I think everyone goes through him...he's awesome too! Thanks guys! More

The whole time they were genuine, courteous and even friendly. I’ve been a customer facing individual for many years so I understand how to work with customers. I’m still amazed at the VIP treatment. It took the GM, Jim Douvas, to make this happen the way it did. It was reassuring to experience such honesty, friendliness, and responsiveness in business. My family and friends are wowed by the car, but I speak to them about the folks at Napleton. They gave us a deal and a feeling we’ll not soon forget. More

Mike was great--friendly, knowledgeable, and eager for my business without being too pushy or aggressive. I returned to the dealership time and time again for test drive after test drive in order to make up my mind and Michael was there to help in every way. I can't tell you how disappointed I was that I wasn't able to buy from Michael as he surely deserved the sale, but like I said, I just wasn't in love with the only car they had. My words can not fully express how happy I am with the purchase of my 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis from this dealership. I have always been uncomfortable with the prospect of buying cars from sales reps. at dealerships, but from the moment I met Bob Jackson, I felt at ease. He fully answered all questions I had so courteously and professionally that I felt like I was dealing with a friend, not a salesperson. I had the feeling that he was on my side in the deal. When inspecting the car, there was a spot where the paint had been scuffed off the rear bumper, and a dash part. He assured me that they both would be replaced before delivery, and they were. The paint on the bumper was matched so well, there is no way of telling (outstanding for an 11 year old car). Everyone at the dealership seemed to go all out to see that I was happy with my purchase, right down to the lady who worked out the paperwork with me. Mr. Jackson has checked back with me on two occasions to see if I am still happy with my purchase. I have continued to look at comparable cars online and have been unable to find anything that comes close to the deal I got on this car. What more could I want! I would not hesitate to recomend Bob Jackson and Napleton's Valley Hundai. I have already recommended them to a friend in the market for a new Hyundai because I know, from my experience that he will be treated right. You can't help but see that customer service is of the upmost importance at this dealer. More
