I established a relationship with Steve about six months before my actual purchase; my old car (a 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT) had been involved in a hit-and-run in January 2013 (someone slammed into my driver' before my actual purchase; my old car (a 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT) had been involved in a hit-and-run in January 2013 (someone slammed into my driver's side front door while the car parked outside my house, effectively destroying it) so I was looking into new vehicles as I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a high-mileage car. Steve kept in touch with me over the following months, so when my timing belt snapped and destroyed my engine, he was my go-to guy for a new car purchase in July 2013. Everything about my experience was great: the service was excellent; the price was unbeatable; and Steve was really knowledgeable about the whole process from financing to technical aspects of the car I was interested in. He worked really hard to get me into the car I really wanted at a price I could afford, and I am forever grateful for that. I also appreciated his honesty: the few times he wasn't sure about something I asked, he made sure to check on it and ensure I was receiving the correct information. In all honesty, it felt like he was jumping through hoops to make me happy. I have already sent a few interested parties to Steve. One person saw my car, and when I told them the price I paid, they immediately asked for the dealer and salesman's information. I gladly handed it over, and I will do so again at every opportunity. I went to this dealership based on a recommendation from a friend of mine at church. When I arrived, I instantly felt at ease. I went in and was ready to purchase a car that day on the spot, and despite me wanting to rush through and get a car (out of my own sheer excitement), they slowed down and took the time to explain every feature on the car I was looking at, as well as every item on the papers that I signed. I was first approached by George Charalampous, who took me around the dealership to look for an SUV that would fit my budget and current lifestyle. He was extremely helpful in taking me around and giving me the specifications of all the available vehicles on the lot that fit my criteria. I eventually landed a decision on a Tuscan that I was able to test drive, and instantly loved the vehicle. After discussing the trade in value of my sonata and what my payments would be with the new vehicle, I was approached by Derek Urban. With the help and knowledge from both George and Derek I was finally able to make an educated decision for a fantastic deal on the purchase of my new car! This dealership has excellent customer service with all the support you may need in deciding on a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the two gentleman that helped me. More
