Edward W. Napleton, opened his first automotive business in 1931 on Chicago's South Side. With a $700 loan, a strong work ethic and a belief in common courtesy, he opened the Napleton Buick Service Station. Francis Napleton, Edward's son, was by his side to help foster the growth of the young business in its early years.
Napleton's first dealership was a DeSoto franchise, and when that brand was discontinued with little warning, Napleton quickly aligned itself with another Chrysler nameplate, Plymouth, eventually being awarded several additional franchises. Edward and Francis both believed in hard work and exceptional customer service, values that they passed down to the next generation of Napletons. Five of Francis' eight children have worked in the auto business their entire lives.
Edward F. ("Ed") Napleton, Francis' son, is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks, serving as a technician, then in sales and finance, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Today, the Ed Napleton Family operates more than 74 franchises in seven states. Taking pride in helping each community they live and work in, the Napleton Family name has become synonymous with excellence and teamwork. What started as a small family-owned business has blossomed into one of the most forward-thinking dealership groups in the country. Four of Ed's five children have proudly joined him in pursuing the family business and have a hand in the company's day-to-day operations.

It was a fantastic experienced! The people here love their job and it really shows. We could not have been treated better. The selection is great, and the Hyundai cars are wonderful (this was our third Hyundai). We just bought a new Tucson at this dealership. It was the best experience we ever had at a car dealership. I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a used car at NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI !!! 1 1/2 weeks after our purchase, something went wrong with the vehicle. I called and spoke to Bob the Used Car Manager as NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI !!! 1 1/2 weeks after our purchase, something went wrong with the vehicle. I called and spoke to Bob the Used Car Manager asking about this repair. NEVER did I indicate that I wanted the work for free, I was just bringing it back there because that is where we purchased the vehicle. When he called me the next day, to let me know what needed to be repaired, not only was he rude and condescending, but basically calling me a liar and that we caused the break. That he would never sell a car in that condition - WHAT???? we had it for 1 1/2 weeks and drove it only to work. When service contacted me with an estimate (I was actually on my way to pick it up) I told the gentleman in the service department what had transpired earlier in the day with Bob he did apologize profusely, but by that time the damage was done. I took it else where to be repaired for HALF the "discounted" estimate I was quoted. Clearly all NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI is interested in doing is pushing used cars out the door and have NO interest in you after that! More

Jackie did an excellent job of working with me thru email exchanges ( saving me the hassle of driving to the dealer numerous time )to reach an agreeable price on my new 2013 Elantra GT. After we reach a final agreeable price by email ,then a quick trip to this dealer for the test drive and review , we closed the deal because Jackie stood behind her quote price, ( no extra surprise of add on charges left off the orginal ) this made my purchasing experience a pleasurable one.
