I recently visited Napleton's in need of a new car due to the transmission going out in my '02 Monte Carlo. I went in debating on wether or not to get the Elantra or Sonata and after George went over everything about both cars I decided to go with the Elantra due to better MPG and price range. He was helpful and thorough in explaining each cars qualities. I have gotten cars from other dealerships and I can honestly say this by far was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mark Bisiotti, the finance guy was super friendly and down to earth. He even worked out a better deal for me than was originally said. I went in to look at purchasing a used Hyundai Elantra, however with the work of Kris, Jim and Mark I was able to purchase a new one at almost the same payment as the used one. I came to the dealership only because they were the only ones who had the color of the car that I wanted. I have had my share of bad..sometimes horrible experiences while buying a car and that is exactly what I expected when I came to Valley Hyundai (which actually was Gartner at the time). I was pleasently surprised to find a very nice, poliet and very helpful young man. He was knowlegable and helpful but not pushy which would have sent me off to look elsewhere. Thanks to Boris for making the purchase of my Hyundai Accent a very pleasurable experience. The price was pretty resonalble also (which was a big plus). More

A few months later when I was ready again, we showed up one night to check things out and again Boris was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. We didnt think we would be buying a car that night but we actually did purchase a Hyundai Elantra in a beautiful color with everything on it that I wanted. I established a relationship with Steve about six months before my actual purchase; my old car (a 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT) had been involved in a hit-and-run in January 2013 (someone slammed into my driver' before my actual purchase; my old car (a 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT) had been involved in a hit-and-run in January 2013 (someone slammed into my driver's side front door while the car parked outside my house, effectively destroying it) so I was looking into new vehicles as I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a high-mileage car. Steve kept in touch with me over the following months, so when my timing belt snapped and destroyed my engine, he was my go-to guy for a new car purchase in July 2013. Everything about my experience was great: the service was excellent; the price was unbeatable; and Steve was really knowledgeable about the whole process from financing to technical aspects of the car I was interested in. He worked really hard to get me into the car I really wanted at a price I could afford, and I am forever grateful for that. I also appreciated his honesty: the few times he wasn't sure about something I asked, he made sure to check on it and ensure I was receiving the correct information. In all honesty, it felt like he was jumping through hoops to make me happy. I have already sent a few interested parties to Steve. One person saw my car, and when I told them the price I paid, they immediately asked for the dealer and salesman's information. I gladly handed it over, and I will do so again at every opportunity. The customer service at Hyundai from the second I walked in the door was amazing. Not only was I greeted right when I entered the dealership, but I was helped right away and was told about the different opt in the door was amazing.
