We shopped for about a month at 7 dealerships in the St. Louis area, where we live. Most seemed to be playing a "cat and mouse" game with us. When I called Napleton's Valley Hyundai and spoke with Jordan Kabranov, he immediately gave me an exact price quote, and put it in writing through email. As I negotiated further with the St. Louis people, Jordan continued to give me further price quotes, and was very direct and up front. I made the 300 mile trip to Chicago for only $400 in savings, primarily because I did not want my money to go to the people in St. Louis who I had found to be less than honest. When I arrived, Jordan was ready with the paperwork, very accommodating to my father and I (and treated us as a house guest might be treated), and very thorough in terms of making sure the car was in good condition, and properly prepared. The gentleman who handled the financial portion of the transaction (Mark), also went out of his way to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed, and even after we concluded the deal, made sure to come out to the car and tell me to drive it a certain way for a proper "break-in" period. I would highly recommended Jordan, and this dealership in general. More
