I came in for a pre driven car that I had been looking to get specifically. When I finally made it to the dealership it had been sold and I was very disappointed. I enjoyed working with Sam in obtaining my objectives. I advised him what I was looking for and explained the parameters I wished to work within. He grasped my needs and within 10 minutes was able to show advised him what I was looking for and explained the parameters I wished to work within. He grasped my needs and within 10 minutes was able to show me four options that would meet my criteria. After reviewing the options I advised Sam that I needed to "sleep on it" before I made a decision. The next day Sam called to see if I needed any more information or wanted to change any criteria. I told him I was fine with what I saw but wanted to fine tune the pricing and my trade in before I could make my final decision. Sam invited me back in for a cup of coffee and said he would be happy to address those specific's and have his manager available should he be needed. I took him up on the invitation and did fine tune most of the deal with Sam but required Mike (manager) to finalize the trade in portion. In all I feel I received a very fair price on both the trade in and purchase price. They went the extra step on car prep and clean up changing the old to the new. Over all an enjoyable shopping spree. More

I was welcomed at the door by Greg, who immediately made me laugh and made me feel comfortable about coming in (I was nervous to buy a car and have had some bad experiences at other dealerships recently). At this point, I had been to many other dealerships and most places seemed to jump on me and try to sell me any car to just make a sale. Greg didn't seem like that at all--he wasn't pushy, answered all my questions, and actually seemed interested in what I was interested in. After spending some time with him and taking a test drive, I fell in LOVE with the car. I was sold. When it came down to the numbers and financing, Michael made it so easy for me. I was anxious I was going to have to negotiate or hassle with the numbers, but I didn't--I was actually surprised when he gave me numbers that were better than what I had anticipated. Both men I worked with at Napleton's were very polite, professional, and had awesome personalities to match. I recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai, Greg Donaldson, and Michael Hall to anyone and everyone looking for a car, who want an easy and fun experience. More
