From the moment I drove into the service drive David was there and ready to help. He explained in detail why I received the recall notice for my vehicle. David came to see me with the mechanic and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take to get all the work done. To my surprise I was offered a loaner and was able to move forward with my day. David called me to provide me with updates as the work progressed and when the work was completed. My car was ready when I arrived and had been washed as well. David met me in the service drive and asked if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. This dealer is a bit out of my way as I live in the town of Cicero but the service I receive here makes it worth the trip. David's customer service skills are exceptional and very much appreciated! Best dealership experience of my life! Showroom was beautiful and meticulously clean. Sam Baylor showed me the car I was interested in and explained not only all the options but also was able to answer all my specific questions. He knew that Hyundai like the back of his hand and seemed very honest and trustworthy. I got a great deal from James Douvas! Is it common to talk money directly to the GM? A first for me, at least. Last but not least, Rich Hosmer walked me through all the paperwork line by line. I'm a careful guy and have signed plenty of contracts over the years but I still had plenty of questions. He put my mind at ease by making everything very clear in a direct manner. No hidden fees here! I didn't have the entire day to spend at the dealership and all three of these guys did a great job getting me in and out of there in a hurry.
