Just bought my 4th vehicle from Napleton. Started with a 2000 Elantra., then a 2008 Sonata, then a 2012 Sonata Hybrid, and lastly a 2013 Sonata Hybrid. James Douvas (general mgr.) got Hyundai of America to 2000 Elantra., then a 2008 Sonata, then a 2012 Sonata Hybrid, and lastly a 2013 Sonata Hybrid. James Douvas (general mgr.) got Hyundai of America to upgrade my lease to a new model year with NO penalties/fees/etc., AND a $1500 factory rebate in addition to all Hyundai's current promos because my vehicle had mtce. issues that kept my vehicle in the shop for an extended period of time. A rear window defect that the replacement window also had, and it took 3 more to finally get a proper repair. Obviously Napleton doesn't make the windows, only uses what is sent to them from manufacturer, but they still took responsibility for the entire situation. I might add that for the entire time my vehicle was being serviced, they gave me a brand new Santa Fe as a loaner; with AWD and an I-Pass!!! Then they go way above and beyond to get me out of my current lease w/o any fees, penalties, etc., and an upgrade to a brand new model at the SAME monthly payment as my 2012, and NOT 1 penny out of my pocket! WOW - a real mind-blower as I never even asked for that! As for my previous 2 vehicles, I did everything over the phone and online. Mike Meyers (yeah a name you won't forget) was the best salesman I ever had - I went to dealer to sign a few papers and drive off in the car Mike even picked out for me. Then Mike was on vacation when I got my 2012 Hybrid, and told me to see Jordan Kabranov in his absence. Jordan is Mike's equal and I never thought another salesman could be that good - he is. In fact he also picked out my 2012 Hybrid - I was only thinking Sonata and he showed me the bargain and value of the Hybrid, not to mention all the extra amenities. I've bought many cars in my time and I've owned/operated my own business for nearly 30 years. I know that "free lunches" do not exist. A fair profit for a great product and great service is not an evil thing.- it is capitalism and it helps make us what we are and what we have in America. However the importance of fair and reputable conduct is crucial, and customer service a must to keep your business in business, and with James, Mike, and Jordan, this dealership should be thriving for many years to come! I've referred friends and family regularly, and my sister and brother-in-law are the latest happy buyers. My niece will be next. Do your homework, shop around, check online, and then go to Napleton; you won't regret it! More
The staff were very friendly and worked very hard to get exactly what I wanted. I had previously purchased en Elantra when it was Gartner and the experience was not great. The absolute worst new car buying experience I have ever had. The car was delivered without floor mats, owners manuals and was not prepped. Nothing terrible, it's a new car. It just needed the interior to be wiped down, windows cleaned, tires dressed, remove all the plastic, etc. I immediately alerted management of my dissatisfaction. I was told "when purchasing ANY vehicle it is absolutely unacceptable for it to be in anything than tip top shape" and we made arrangements to have all the items corrected and the vehicle detailed. Today was my appointment for just that. After 1-1/2 hours they tell me they did check the fluids, gave the car their blessings and even installed the wheel locks. When I located my car in the lot I found that the all weather mats were still in the trunk and the interior was not cleaned AGAIN!!! The detail was not done and the small pieces of plastic are still hanging. If I went back in it would have been a mistake because I was so mad. So now, I give up. I have removed their license plate holders and anything else that has their name on it. I have made an appointment with the dealer that I should have made the purchase from who says they will detail my car at no charge just to have us as customers and to have the opportunity to service all of our Hyundai's. What a concept! Napleton's just lost several customers and more. More

I was then introduced to the business manager to complete the transaction. This process was quick, efficient and to the point. The entire buying process at Napleton Hyundai was Great. I recommend Napleton Hyundai because of their professionalism, fairness, and honesty. There were no hidden fees in the transaction and all details were explained to my satisfaction. More
I did research about the 2011 Hyundai Sonata for about a week visiting 2 other dealerships. After an extremely terrible experience at another dealership I came here where I was treated wonderful. Everyone I came in contact with from the first person I spoke with (Sue) to the last person who finalized the paperwork (Derek) went out of their way to make sure that I was getting the best customer service possible. Sue and Mike Hall did a lot of research for me via phone to get me the price that I needed to be able to purchase the car. When I got to the dealership (An hour before close) Carlton did not hesitate to take his time and make sure I was happy with the car and the price and of course the over all deal. Finally, Derek really made the experience enjoyable by doing everything in his power to get me the best rate possible. Overall, I enjoyed my entire experience at this dealership, I would most certainly refer this dealership to friends and family. Thank you for all that you did for me! I am beyond happy! More

I walked into the dealership and encountered the most incredibly warm and friendly staff I have ever experienced at a dealership. I am not the most knowledgable about cars, and he broke everything down for me so I was completely clear about what features my car had and how they compared to other models. Any and all questions I had were more then answered. When Michael became involved in the sale I could tell that yes they did want to sell a car, but they did want to give me the best deal possible. They spent a lot of time with me going over the benefits and the fine details, and the offer I ended up with was quite impeccable. Pretty close to impossible to replicate in my opinion. Clearly they are a business and need to push out vehicles, however I am not the easiest to please and I was extremely particular in what I wanted. Even still, they went to great lengths to please me. It was nice to not be treated as an annoying person who is being unrealistically picky, they saw it as what can we do for you to make this work. An absolute turn around from the typical car dealer stereotype. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone interested in superior customer service and a friendly reliable staff to help you achieve your goals. There is with out a doubt a reason why this is the #1 dealer in the state!! Please take my word for it when I say they can make it happen. More
