I am extremely satisfied with this dealership and George in particular. When I arrived at the dealership, George had the car ready and came out to give me a test drive. On Tuesday, we worked with George Charalampous to purchase the vehicle. We were to pick it up on Thursday, which happened to be George's day off. He arranged to have Nick take over on Thursday. Nick assured us (on Tuesday) that he would have the vehicle all ready and sitting out front for us when we got there Thursday afternoon. We arrived about 4:30, and nothing was ready. We sat in the showroom and waited for him to do what he said he would do. When we noticed that a little paint touch-up hadn't been completed, Joel Adames stepped in and assured us that he would get right on it and see that we will receive the paint. Joel also filled the tank up with gas, which I believed was promised, but was told that that wasn't necessarily the case for an used car deal. So, over-all it was a positive experience except for the unnecessary waiting. More

Kris offered top notch customer service a Napleton's Valley Hyundai. We purchased a 2013 Hynudai Elantra and have been so pleased with our purchase. Kris offered top notch customer service and gave us plenty of options as far as all the vehicles available, test drives and the different financing options available! I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far my best experience. Kris went the extra mile when he sat in the car with my son and showed him how to work every feature of the car-Navigation system, setup the XM radio, etc. I would recommend Kris Bussey and Napleton if you are planning on purchasing a Hyundai. Simply the best car shopping experience I've ever had. We had been looking for some time for an affordable, quality used vehicle for our newest teenage driver. We found it at Napleton Valley Hyunda had. We had been looking for some time for an affordable, quality used vehicle for our newest teenage driver. We found it at Napleton Valley Hyundai but didn't expect the experience to be just like purchasing a new vehicle! Steve Cree was not only our salesman but turns out he was also a prior Jeep owner and knew most everything about the vehicle---it's history, operation, and even the best OEM brands for parts. He took all the time we wanted looking it over, driving it, even putting it up on the lift that night so we could really check things out. Marc Bisciotti handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and had us all ready to go in no time. General Manager Jim Douvas was spectacular and not only made us feel special when we did the deal but again when we showed up with my son to drive it away. They really made my son getting his first set of wheels a big deal! It's very clear why the dealership is so successful and operates as they do---it starts with GM Jim Douvas. His knowledge, professionalism and sheer enthusiasm for what they do there is demonstrated by everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with. Car shopping---especially used vehicle shopping at a non-brand dealership can be indifferent at best and horrific at worst! The team here at Napleton Valley really breaks the mold and I will definitely shop there again and will recommend my friends do the same. Thanks again to all involved---we love our new vehicle!! More

Then, even when you've completed the shopping process, the dealer experience is generally stressful and annoying. This was anything but the case with my experience with Kris Bussey at Napleton's Hyundai. Right from the start, his attention to detail and concern for finding us the right vehicle for our needs were unlike any other dealership we had visited. He asked us questions regarding how we used our car and how different vehicles would fit our lifestyle. I felt like we were talking to a friend who was consulting us to help us make the right choice as apposed to a car salesman who was just trying to make a sale for him or herself. During our entire visit Kris made sure we were comfortable with everything and knew what was happening. There is no doubt he is a top professional and we will certainly try to refer others his way. We absolutely love our new Sonata and are very happy that Kris took lots of time showing us all the great features of this amazing car!!! Thanks Kris!! More
George- I started my search on-line for a used car initially. I did find a used Elantra 2011 with low miles and my price range. I inquired on the car and was connected with Allison. I made a appointment to come to the dealer to look at and drive the 2011 model for a friday. The car sold that Tuesday. I went to the dealer on Sunday to look at the available cars. I found a 2013 Elantra in Black and had all the options I wanted including a spoiler. This was the only one in the lot with a spoiler and I have to say it totally makes this car look so sharp. I didn't think I could afford a new car, but inquired with Allison that I was interested and wanted to come by for a better look and test drive. She said it was available and gave me the price with all the discounts that were available for the Elantra. I went to the dealer where I meet George as soon as I waled in he was very friendly and professional. Asked me my name and my son's name and what brought me into the dealer. I explained I was working with Allison via on-line and if she was available. George was happy to find her and introduced us. Allison let me know that I would be working with George and that he could show me the car. George asked a few questions, such as are you looking at other vehicles, what is your time frame to purchase a car. All great questions but I made it clear I was here only to do research and when I'm ready to buy I would let him know. I took the car for a drive and it was very different from what I was used to driving 2004 Taurus. I really liked the car, the style, the options all of it. George did not pressure me at all. This is the one thing I was worried about because I never bought a car by myself and did not know what to expect. I was impressed. George was genuine. I asked if the price given by Allison was negotiable, it was not as this already was the lowest they could if I qualify for all the discounts. I then drove other cars to compare and went back to the dealer on a Saturday to test drive it again. I stopped in without a appointment so I had to wait for George to get the car to drive it again. George found someone who could get the car for me, as he was working with another customer. He pulled up in a silver Elantra with all the same features. George said they got another one in and this one has all that I'm looking for. I test drove it again and knew that it was going to be mine. I told George I really love the car he said could hold it for me with a deposit of 500.00. I gave him my deposit and on Tuesday came back to finalize the deal. George kept in touch with me and had the car ready for me when I arrived. I wanted to trade in my old car son George had them appraise it, while we gathered my personal info. I did need financing and my credit is not great so I was concerned that I would not qualify for the Hyundai financing and with that a 1500.00 discount. I got a good price on my trade in, but did not qualify for the Hyundai finance. I thinking at this point OK so this is not going to happen and I will be disappointed. Not the case I did get financing and a great rate too. I did lose the discount but it all worked out in the end. George was very knowledgeable about the car explained all the features in detail and asked if I had any questions. I did have to go back so he could connect my phone on the bluetooth, but only because my phone died on the day of the sale. He was more then happy to help and was available at the time I could come. Overall I would recommend this dealership and George to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. James- He introduced himself and explained that I did not qualify for the Hyundai financing because of my credit score. He said that he can look at other lenders to see what he can do so I can drive away with that car. He asked what payment amounts I was looking at and term. He did the research which did not take long at all. He came back with a low APR for my credit and a payment amount under 300.00. I was thrilled and excited that this was going to happen. James was concerned about what I needed and found a way to solve that need. Thank you James, without those numbers i would not have bought a car. Rich- Now is the time to sign all the paperwork to finance your new purchase. I think I may have made him feel rushed as I was trying to leave before 9 so we could get some ice cream to celebrate. We chatted and had a few laughs too. He did try to sell me a protection package which I did not need. I was very upfront about not needing this and he did not try to talk me into it, which I appreciate. He explained about upgrading the warrant and the benefits of which included a even lower APR, but would rise my payment. I said I did not want anything higher then 300.00. Well he did the magic cause I got a even lower rate and my payment only increased by 5.00 so I did get the better warranty and it was a great deal for what your getting. Rich was friendly, not pushy, very informative. I joked around with him and he seemed to appreciate that. Although I missed the ice cream I had something much better, a new car I can afford. Went to this dealer to buy a 2013 Tuscon for my wife as it was nearby and had great ratings, as well as being a USAA endorsed dealer. Met with Michael Hall initially as the sales manager, George Charalampo it was nearby and had great ratings, as well as being a USAA endorsed dealer. Met with Michael Hall initially as the sales manager, George Charalampous as the salesman to help test out the car and initialize buying, and Richard Hosmer to finalize payments and financing. Michael: Great sales manager and was very accommodating to me and my wife's needs. She was very particular about the exterior and interior color, seriously limiting what we could find. Michael managed to find one nearby, and arranged to have it shipped in. When that was bought before we could get it, he searched and found another a couple hundred miles away and arranged to get that in. When it turned out that was bought, he tried his hardest to get us a similar car, or a great deal on a 2014 instead of a 2013. He managed to price match a very reasonable price on a 2014, costing us very little more than what we were originally going to pay for the 2013. He was constantly available by phone to sort out details, and I found out later he was even taking calls and calling back on his days off which I hadn't known. Overall a hard working and friendly sales manager that was very easy to deal with. George: A very upbeat and talkative salesman. Made sure we knew every new and cool feature going on with the new car we were purchasing. While my wife and I tend to do a lot of research on what we purchase and thus knew almost all there was to know about the car, his explanations could help those who knew very little about the car, and he could easily make any car's quality features shine. He also keeps in contact after vehicle purchases to ensure that we're happy with the car and to answer any remaining questions, which is good as it shows that the dealer doesn't forget about you as soon as you give them your money. Very talkative but very nice salesman. Richard: My wife and I were on somewhat of a tight budget, so I wasn't expecting to be getting additional frills on the car, and was originally going with an auto-loan through my bank. Richard insisted that he could bring down my APR, keeping my payments low. While I was initially not wanting to deal with alternative banks, he found a low rate through a bank that I had a checking account with, and thus trusted. He managed to get an extended warranty for my wife's car while, with the lower APR rate, keeping payments essentially the same. He was rather pushy when it came to taking lower rates and buying & adding extra features onto the car which was somewhat uncomfortable, though it comes with the nature of the job. In comparison to other financial managers that I have dealt with, Richard did his best to keep our payments low and to earn our business. Overall I'd recommend this dealer to anyone to purchase a car from. I know a friend of mine bought his car here as well and had no problems. I've also had my car (purchased elsewhere 3 years ago) serviced here and the service employees were also very friendly to work with. More
