Best dealership experience of my life! I was unsure about driving out to Aurora (I live in Chicago) but a friend told me he really got a deal at this location, so I made my way to the dreaded suburbs. about driving out to Aurora (I live in Chicago) but a friend told me he really got a deal at this location, so I made my way to the dreaded suburbs. Showroom was beautiful and meticulously clean. Sam Baylor showed me the car I was interested in and explained not only all the options but also was able to answer all my specific questions. He knew that Hyundai like the back of his hand and seemed very honest and trustworthy. I got a great deal from James Douvas! Is it common to talk money directly to the GM? A first for me, at least. Last but not least, Rich Hosmer walked me through all the paperwork line by line. I'm a careful guy and have signed plenty of contracts over the years but I still had plenty of questions. He put my mind at ease by making everything very clear in a direct manner. No hidden fees here! I didn't have the entire day to spend at the dealership and all three of these guys did a great job getting me in and out of there in a hurry. I'm VERY glad I listened to my friend and went to Napleton's Valley Hyundai. More

I came in for a pre driven car that I had been looking to get specifically. When I finally made it to the dealership it had been sold and I was very disappointed. I enjoyed working with Sam in obtaining my objectives. I advised him what I was looking for and explained the parameters I wished to work within. After reviewing the options I advised Sam that I needed to "sleep on it" before I made a decision. The next day Sam called to see if I needed any more information or wanted to change any criteria. I told him I was fine with what I saw but wanted to fine tune the pricing and my trade in before I could make my final decision. Sam invited me back in for a cup of coffee and said he would be happy to address those specific's and have his manager available should he be needed. I took him up on the invitation and did fine tune most of the deal with Sam but required Mike (manager) to finalize the trade in portion. In all I feel I received a very fair price on both the trade in and purchase price. They went the extra step on car prep and clean up changing the old to the new. Over all an enjoyable shopping spree. More
