Best dealership experience of my life! Showroom was beautiful and meticulously clean. Sam Baylor showed me the car I was interested in and explained not only all the options but also was able to answer all my specific questions. He knew that Hyundai like the back of his hand and seemed very honest and trustworthy. I got a great deal from James Douvas! Is it common to talk money directly to the GM? A first for me, at least. Last but not least, Rich Hosmer walked me through all the paperwork line by line. I'm a careful guy and have signed plenty of contracts over the years but I still had plenty of questions. He put my mind at ease by making everything very clear in a direct manner. No hidden fees here! I didn't have the entire day to spend at the dealership and all three of these guys did a great job getting me in and out of there in a hurry.
