My family and I were in need of a new car. We have been advocates of Hyundai ever since we rented the Tucson past year to drive to Florida. We started off speaking with another dealership 5 minutes from our home. That was a train wreck to say the least. Napelton was about an hour away. However, the distance was MORE than compensates for. I'm not sure if I can even do this review justice. There are three people at the dealership that made this car buying experience truly rewarding. In a nutshell: they sent their guys out to get the requested car I asked for as far as exterior/interior/package was conceded, over 500 miles away, and of only that, drove it to my house AFTER they took it to their dealership for an inspection. Sam is just a terrific guy, and as he was bringing my car to my home, he stopped and picked up a birthday cupcake for my daughter who was turning 10. Derek is a guy who gets things done... Period. I gave him a bit of a challenge and he rose to the occasion ten fold. An amazing guy with a passion for his job! And, talking about passion for his job, there's Mike. All I can say about him is that he is unlike anyone I know. Mike knew the problems I was having with the initial Hyundai dealership I started doing business with, and ensured me that if I put my trust in him that he'd do what they couldn't. He did just that. And, what makes him and the dealership so fantastic... That they did it better! You guys will forever have my gratitude and my business. Thank you so much! More

From the moment I drove into the service drive David was there and ready to help. He explained in detail why I received the recall notice for my vehicle. He escorted me to the waiting area and told me he would be back to advise me of the mechanics findings. It was discovered I was certainly in need of some repairs. David came to see me with the mechanic and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take to get all the work done. To my surprise I was offered a loaner and was able to move forward with my day. David called me to provide me with updates as the work progressed and when the work was completed. My car was ready when I arrived and had been washed as well. David met me in the service drive and asked if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. This dealer is a bit out of my way as I live in the town of Cicero but the service I receive here makes it worth the trip. David's customer service skills are exceptional and very much appreciated! I will be back! More

What an amazing experience. My wife and I have been shopping for a new sonata for about 3 months. Every dealership we went to felt like we being taken advantage of because of our bad credit. Napleton was our last try, should have been our first! We met Boris in the show room and he was very kind. Took our information down and went to see the director of finance, Derek. He then walked us in the office, he explained what they were able to do. I must say I thought he was lying because it seemed to good to be true! What an awesome place, hard workers and very friendly. We got the original deal we came in for and couldn't be happier! More
