With so many SUVs on the market, it was getting rather overwhelming trying to decide what to choose. Napleton Hyundai took away that feeling, by offering us expert advice and pricing based on our needs. We knew we could trust them and that they truly wanted to find us something we would be happy with. It just felt different working with them than other car dealerships. To top that, I didn't know that getting a new car would be that easy! The whole process was completed in no-time, and when we came to pickup our vehicle, one of the sales staff spent time walking us through our vehicle and showing us all the features. He even setup our cell phones with the blue-tooth service! They are were so friendly and helpful and we absolutely love our new Sante Fe. Terrific buying experience!!! I visited several dealers looking to trade in my 2010 Santa Fe and upgrade to the 2014 model Santa Fe. Like anyone, I was looking for the best deal. I visited several dealers looking to trade in my 2010 Santa Fe and upgrade to the 2014 model Santa Fe. Like anyone, I was looking for the best deal. Two of the dealers were eliminated right away because of rude and discourteous treatment and it came down to two dealers. The driving force behind my decision to do business with Napleton's Hyundai was the way Kris Bussey handled the transaction from A-Z. I went about the purchase very systematically and required several visits before I was ready to purchase. Each time I met with Kris, he treated me with extreme professionalism. He was kind, courteous, and VERY patient. He basically treated me like a guest in his home and made sure I was able to accomplish what I wanted to without unnecessary pressure. The other dealers were very high pressure and that was a big turn off for me. After Kris helped me decide what model and features I'd like to purchase he mapped out the entire process and followed through each step of the way. There was never a time working with him I felt uneasy or pressured. The rest of the staff did a great job as well although I have to give most of the credit to Kris for the great job he did and the time he spent with me. I've already told a couple friends to go see Kris when they need a new car because of the great job he did! Thank you Kris! I love my new Santa Fe so much! More
