Everyone that we know for the most part has gotten their cars from this dealer, and loves them! Everyone we know that went had good to perfect credit. So here we go with less than great credit, with no money down, and to be honest not a lot of hope to find a car. The guys at Napelton are phenomenal. We were attended to right away, asked what we were looking for, price range, car type, etc. Greg was great. He listened to what we wanted, tried his best to find something, and was very patient. Mike was great as well, he really seemed like he wanted us to leave with something. Of course they are salesmen and this is what they do, but they didn’t make it seem like we were just a number or quota that needed to be met. Finally when it seemed we would find nothing Kiko stepped in to help. Awesome, awesome help! He worked with our numbers in a way that (could be part of his job) felt like he was going beyond his job. He broke down our expenses for my husband and I, showed us where we could save, what could be replaced, and opened our minds to areas in our expenses and even in our credit that would be benefitting us. Overall our friends and family were right. This is a great dealer. They really care about their customers not just their sales. We will definitely be back in the future and hopefully we would make it a little easier on them the next time ?. Clearly there isn’t a situation that Napleton’s cannot handle. More

New car for a new marriage Just purchased our new vehicle from here last night from Jordan and Derek at the dealership, and Sunainna assisted online. The service was excellent. I started browsing their website, and had a few questions regarding the online pricing of the vehicle. Sunainna assisted with all my questions, quite promptly I might add. They explained everything in detail, and there was no added pressure to purchase anything additional as I have had with other dealerships. My wife is now looking forward to going back when her lease is up. On the way out we saw they decorated another customer's purchase that was their child's first car. We thought it was nice that the dealership would do that. More

NEVER BEFORE What a wonderful experience we had with my sister , when we decided to buy a second car for the everyday errands.. He spoiled us to the extreme!!! Meanwhile a very cute young lady, Jackie, served us coffee when Jimmy The Greek appeared.. And the party started.. By then we didn't know that someone was working very hard to find the best deal to finance the new car..Kiko the magician.. He plays with numbers until he will get the best the market has to offer Now why I had to write a review?? Because I never had so much fun in my life.. Just a few days earlier I had the worst experience at BILL K in Lisle.. I bought a car after hours and hours of waiting to return it a minute later.. It was destroyed from rust and naïve me I didn't ask to check it because I trusted the sales people.. Steve before even the test drive had a detailed survey of several cars we were interested for.. What I could say about Niko Kritikakos.. Big smile, big heart , and the best when it comes to explain every little detail about our new toy.. The end of the story.. If you want to feel like a kid in toy's r ' us when you are ready to buy a car and you don't want to go through the frustration of waiting and waiting and feeling cheated , then you have only one option..
