The finance dept. was so helpful and made that part stress free also! I was sent the survey and for some crazy reason doing it on my IPhone I had a problem. It was difficult on the small screen and my answers were scrambled and were not what I touched on the screen. I am still learning my IPhone! Mike and the service dept, have been great, I had my new car a for less than 4 days when I was rear ended at a stop sign on my way to the dealer to look at the passenger door that was not operating. The service dept. repaired the door and was so nice and reassured me that the damage from the accident wasn't that bad and gave me the body shop that they used and Mike extended the loaner a few days for me. I am looking forward to working with the service dept . in maintaining my new car. I have already recommended Mike and the sales team to family and friends. Thank You! Dianne & Tom Wrobel More

I had already done my homework and shopped around at a few other dealerships before going to Napleton's Valley Hyundai. Napleton's Valley Hyundai was DEFINITELY the best dealership I had visited! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and made my car buying experience pressure-free and enjoyable! I was asked me what my priorities were and what I wanted from my next car and then provided with the options that closely matched my wishes. Everyone was polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process – from the moment of my arrival, until the moment I drove away in my new vehicle. Kris Bussey (with whom I had the pleasure of working alongside throughout the majority of my time spent at the dealership) went above and beyond to make certain that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my understanding of my new car's features and workings. The attention he provided to my needs and concerns was paramount. He even followed up with me the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and offered any future assistance that I might need. Kris Bussey was the BEST!! It also needs to be noted that James Douvas, Rich Marsili, Kiko Betancourt, and Dave Ketza were all as equally helpful during the process of the purchase of my new car!! I love this dealership and all the wonderful people that represent it so well!! I will be sure to refer my friends and family to Napleton's Valley Hyundai!! More
uncomfortable, in accurate I arrived at 9:25 for my 9:30 recall service appointment for the stop lamp switch on my 2010 Tucson. When I took a seat in the service office, there was an altercation involving what appeared to be a service tech and perhaps a manager who asked the tech what he was doing sitting in the office. The tech responded that he had been told to wait but didn't know "what the xxxx was going on." When he was confronted again, he used 2 much stronger swears (neither allowed on this site) to express himself and his frustration. At this point another service employee got up from behind his desk and demanded that both of the other gentlemen get "Outside, now!" They all left the office but tempers and language were flaring still on the service floor until they made it out of sight. When the gentleman who had demanded they step outside returned, he yelled at the one man to "Go home! You don't work for me anymore!" But that man still came back into the service office and sat back down. While this was occurring, the service employee with me said nothing at all, not to me nor about the incident. When it appeared completed, he muttered a quiet "sorry about that" and then went to work on my papers. Regarding my service - first he told me the appointment was for my airbag. It was not, and I corrected him. He apologized then explained the correct recall procedure. He told me it would take about an hour. This agreed with what I was also told on the phone when I made the appointment. My intake time was 9:33. My ready time was 11:20. That does not even come close to being accurate. When the service employee arrived in the waiting room, he approached another customer and told her that her stop lamp had been replaced. She said she was there for her airbags. He apologized and found the correct papers to discharge her, then approached me with mine. I was NOT apologized to for the significant increase in work time (almost double what was promised) in any way. It was not acknowledged. I will not return to this dealership for service or sales (it was under different ownership/name when we bought out car). I was made physically and emotionally uncomfortable by the altercation among the employees, and the situation was not adequately or satisfactorily handled. Due to the bumbling of the service employee attending to me, I was left without confidence that I was receiving the service I came for, and I was inconvenienced by the inaccurate account of the time needed for the service. The last time I came for service, I was also kept waiting for twice as long - that time I was given a "free car wash" (aren't they always free?) that I had not asked for and that ADDED to my wait time! When I complained I was given some money off, but that didn't help me make it to my next appointment on time. Finally, the waiting room is distracting with both a television and music competing for my attention at the same time in the same space. And I have to ask for a ticket for a hot beverage? Considering the experiences I have had, they should be buying me lunch (with a cocktail)! More
Great Service On A Holiday!! I went in to get my oil changed, it was the 4th of July so I didn't really expect to be able to get much more done than that. I did need an alignment I went in to get my oil changed, it was the 4th of July so I didn't really expect to be able to get much more done than that. I did need an alignment and my 15,000 mile check up, but I knew it wasn't really going to be possible because of the holiday. Well Jim from the service department really knocked my socks off, he told me that he would be able to get the work done that I needed. He also offered us a ride to wherever we needed to go, but we decided to walk because it was a beautiful day. The service did take a little longer than expected, but Jim even gave us a 20 dollar coupon off of the alignment. Overall my experience was great here!! More

I haven't bought a car in almost 10 years, and my natural instinct is to be skeptical of dealerships. My approach was no different with the guys at Napleton's. What I discovered, though, is that Napleton's isn't interested in marking up their vehicles with the intention of trying to cheat their customers. I sought out a used 07 Lexus, and Napleton's price beat every single dealer price on a comparable vehicle within a 500 mile radius (maybe even 1000 mile radius - didn't check outside 500 miles). The pricing was straightforward, and everyone was friendly. I would definitely work with Napleton's again. More

Leaving these dealers, I never felt that anyone had any interest in what I was looking for in a vehicle and really did not want to spend finding the vehicle that would fit me or my budget, they just wanted to make a sale. I found Napletons Valley Hyundai on the internet and actually read their philosophy thinking to myself..Right, they " treat you like you own the place" and strive to make your experience " easy, quick and fun." Who EVER uses the word "fun" in a car buying process?? I went on a Friday night and was greeted by George Charalampous. I took the Sante Fe on a test drive and fell in love with it instantly!! Unfortunately all on the models in stock were above my target monthly payment. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase above my budget, instead George worked with the general manager team and came up with a game plan to get me the vehicle I wanted and not more. They found the vehicle the next day and called me right away. I went in to do the paperwork and pick up my new "Baby". during the whole process and all of the dreaded paperwork we all hate, we laughed. This is the 5th new car purchase I have made and never were any even close to as "fun". The whole staff is so awesome and funny it truly was everything their website said. Car needed to be fixed again I had my car towed to the dealer for repair of an alternator. I was called to pick up my car and was told a price that the consultant had got for me. When the car was picked up my wife was charged about $50 more than quoted. Driving my car the next day the air conditioning would only blow cold when the car was moving. If it was in park or at a stop light it only blew hot. Also my acceleration was very jerky. I called the service department and was told I needed to get the car back in ASAP because it sounded like something was not connected right. I paid almost $1000 for the service, you think for that money, it would be done right the first time. Not a good first impression from this dealer. More

Can't imagine a better buying experience I was very nervous venturing out on my own for the first time to shop for a new car. I had already visited a few other dealers prior to going to Napletons Hyundai and had received, let's just say less than satisfactory service. The other dealers were either rude, high pressure, dishonest or a combination of the above. So fast forward to my experience at Napletons Hyundai. From the opening greeting to this day Kris Bussey has completely gone above and beyond every step of the way. He was very patient working with me to find the car that fit my needs and my budget and treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I must also mention Rich Marcili who is the sales manager that helped make the payments work for my budget by offering me a great deal and low finance rate. Thank you guys so much you truly know how to make a customer happy and provide a great experience! I got my car two weeks ago and love it so much <3. More
