They never did the work promised including what the GM said they would do! I would never buy another car from them let alone take my car to be serviced there! They are horrible about keeping you updated and informed! Only good thing was I put the miles on their car for a week and not mine:) More

The quoted "about an hour" wait turned into two hours I came in for an oil change & tire rotation, toting my almost 2-year old daughter along with me. The quoted "about an hour" wait turned into two hours, and without asking or showing the slightest bit of annoyance or frustration with having to entertain a squirmy toddler for two hours in a waiting room, I was given a heartfelt apology and the phrase, "you're not going to pay for anything." I was not expecting that. Thank you so much for such great customer service! I will definitely be back....and will bring extra supplies just in case! More

Don't bother The Thursday before July 4th, my husband and I and our two young children went to this dealership to look at the Sonatas. Our salesman was nice and after awhile we were shown a 2011 certified Sonata that had not yet been detailed (although it had been for sale on the website for several days). It was in our price range and we agreed to put down a deposit and determine the following Monday (as we were going out of town) if we wanted the vehicle based on the detailing. On Monday morning, I contacted the dealership and was informed I would get a phone call back as the car was not yet detailed and they were unsure when that would occur. I took the day off of work so that we could go in and look at and decide to buy the car, knowing that the car-buying process takes quite a while. They finally called to say the car would be ready at 7pm. We could not make it in then and said that we would be there the next day or two because we again had to rearrange our work schedules. We decided to buy the car, although a part under warranty was needing to be replaced. We got the car home, two days later finding out that the second key they gave us did not start the ignition. That same day, while driving to work, an awful, metal on metal screeching sound started coming from the front tire. When I called the dealership to tell them the problem, they said they couldn't fit me in that day or until Monday and not even with a loaner because they didn't know the issue, even after I informed them we JUST BOUGHT THE CAR 2 DAYS AGO!! We ended up having the car TOWED 2 days after buying it, to this dealership and marched into the service department demanding they look at the issue that made us unable to drive a certified car we just bought from them. They did fix the issue and also told me they would order the part for the steering wheel and a new key for us. Three weeks later I had to call them to see if the part was in - they told me they tried calling me when the part came in TWO WEEKS PRIOR but I didn't answer so they never tried again. When I then tried scheduling this service, it took 3 days of trying to get a hold of someone, leaving multiple messages, being transferred to no one and finally giving up and just scheduling the service apt online to make sure it got done. I am very unhappy with this dealership and their service department and thank God I have a family friend mechanic who always takes good care of us and our cars. More
Great Salespeople. Not pushy at all!! Goran Mildrag was a super salesperson. He was not pushy and was willing to take the time to answer all our questions. When I found out the car was ready I asked for the pickup from my house to the dealership about a 2.5 mile distance. I called and they told me within a half hour. an hour went by and called, they said we will send the car right away. again about 40 minutes went by and nothing. I finally got a ride from my neighbor to go get the car. :( Jim who I worked with was great it was just the car shuttle that was bad More

I found myself in a difficult situation after I can't express enough how delighted I was with the overall service at the Hyundai Garage in Naperville. I found myself in a difficult situation after moving from the US to the US, with no credit history and no knowledge of how to try and lease a car. The effort of Kris, Mike, Jackie and Derrick went over and beyond what I expected and certainly so much more than any other dealership I went to (and I went to almost all in Naperville)!!! They all worked from dusk till dawn to try and find different ways to get the deal done and I am delighted with both the cars (Genesis and Santa Fe Sport) and more importantly the service that I received. Considering these guys are working in a construction site until their office is ready, it is testament to the guys (and all of the others there) that they provide this level of service with everything going on. "Friendly and Accommodating" Brandon is a super friendly and personable salesman. He pays attention to detail and is a good listener.
