They helped me find the rite car for me over a few weeks time. When it came time to make the big decision I had a poor credit score. Mike halls smoothly dished me over to Derek urban. Derek used his magical charm on the banks to present me with a 4.05 rate at the terms I needed and as the dream team would do they slam dunked it and sent me home with my genesis coupe. I had a stellar experience with this team of auto/finance experts. 10 thumbs up for these guys and this dealership I will definitely be a repeat customer and spread the word. More

Great deal on a great car I went in there on labor day knowing exactly what I wanted. I had to choose between a 2013 and a 2014 Genesis coupe. I went with the 2013 because they gave me an awesome deal. The salesman, Brandon really cared about getting me what I wanted at an affordable price. Even though they are under construction they made you forget about it with their customer service. Also offered us water ,ice cream ad popcorn. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! More

Allison was very prompt in her responses to my questions and offered directions to the dealership. Once I was arrived at the dealership, I was amazed by the inventory/ selection of new and used vehicles. Kris Bussey greeted me by name and made this purchase nearly painless as I was trading in a car I really loved. He was extrememly knowledgeable about the entire line of Hyundai vehicles.When we took delivery of the vehicle, all the staff we came in contact with were extremely courtesous and helpful- making this by far the most enjoyable, satisfying car buying experience we have ever had! This did not phase Brandon in the least and he kept working with us. Mike Hall identified an innovative solution that completely met our needs. The price and trade in was fair, based on my internet research, and involved no haggling or pressure. It was a painless, even pleasurable buying experience I am on my fifth hyundai and have had them all serviced at this location. I am most satisfied with the service I get and both tony Derka and Andrew Newhall deserve commendation for the service they provide. More
Steering wheel peeling...5th steering wheel and still giving Dave Ketza ( Service Advisor) has gone above and beyond helping me with my situation.. I pucahsed a 2012 Elantra 2.5 yrs ago... I have had a problem w Dave Ketza ( Service Advisor) has gone above and beyond helping me with my situation.. I pucahsed a 2012 Elantra 2.5 yrs ago... I have had a problem with the steering wheel peeling, I am currently getting a 5th steering wheel looked at .. My aggravation is that I have to drive to the dealership have them look at it , make an apt, then drive back again for the car to be repaired. Dave has helped out greatly giving me contact numbers , explaining protocol, when I have called the dealership Manager I always get a voicemail and I have to leave my number , with call backs never happening from Napelton... The problem comes when I call Hyundia customer service and explained all my trips to the dealership, their answer was " well we are fixing your steering wheel" and then they sent me a license plate holder for my troubles..... Very poor customer service. We have bought 2 cars from the Napelton dealership in the past 2.5 yrs and this is their customer service....Dave Ketza has been the only person their that has gone out of his way to help me as much as he is possible to do. More
