Man of his word... and then some! We met Steve on the day we were expecting our first child, figuring nothing would help to induce labor like going through a car buying experience! He made my wife (9 months pregnant) at ease and comfortable throughout the entire experience, and ended up getting us exactly what we had came for at a price we had hoped for. The ONLY disappointment (sarcasm) was that we didn't have enough stress to induce labor that day because he made it THAT easy. True be told, I intended to write this review that day, but got sidetracked... we have now have the vehicle for over a year, and the best thing about Steve is that he has lived up to his word, anything that we have needed since that time, no matter how big or small, he has always delivered. We will never buy a car from another dealership, nor another sales person! More

Great car buying experience I had been looking for a Miata for some time. After months of searching, and almost giving up hope, I found one at Napletons Valley Hyundai in Aurora. I'm not from the area, nor am I familiar with the area, but I figured I'd give it a shot, so I stopped by after work. Maria was my sales associate, and she promptly got the keys and got me on the road. She wasn't pushy, and she acknowledged my concerns about the car. I told her that if we can get these small issues looked at, I'd be interested in taking it home. She agreed that my concerns were valid, and made certain the car was double checked. I ended up picking the car up the next day after everything was addressed. I never felt uncomfortable, or that my sale wasn't important, even though they couldn't be making much off of it. I've had very poor experiences buying cars in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership for its friendly and honest staff. If you have the opportunity, ask for Maria, she made car buying enjoyable and easy. Thank's for changing my opinion on buying from a dealer. -Bret More

Brittney quoted me a price over the phone. Surprisingly, many other dealers will not and if they do, it is with many "if", "ands" or "buts". Long and short, Napleton had the best price. Done deal.
