Best car buying experience I've ever had, After visiting four dealerships while looking for a new Hyundai Santa Fe and being promised this and that even though none of the dealerships had the After visiting four dealerships while looking for a new Hyundai Santa Fe and being promised this and that even though none of the dealerships had the car I wanted, I went to Napleton 's Valley Hyundai and met Boris Cvijetic and Jeff, a sales trainee. I told Boris that I was looking for a Santa Fe SE and that I would like it in the color Iron Frost. He brought up a white Santa Fe that had exactly what I was looking for and a little more. It had an MSRP of $33,935 and options worth $1,500. I looked it over and told Boris that I was very interested. We went to his desk and I told Boris that I wanted him to give me his best price and that if it was the best one that I had received, I would buy the car from him and I told him that I really didn't want to go back and forth with his manager. Boris said no problem and he asked me to give him a minute and he walked through a door and I waited for him to come back. About a minute later, he came back to his desk with a piece of paper that had all of the car's information and a price that was even better than i was expecting. When I asked Boris if the price included all of the optional equipment, he simply said yes. I told him that if he could get that car with those options in Iron Frost then we would have a deal. Boris said that he would start a search for the car I wanted and we shook hands and I left. Boris called me the next day and said hat he had located the car and that he could have it there in a day and I said ok. Boris called me the next day and told me the car was in and that his service department had installed all the agreed upon optional equipment and the car was ready for pick up and at the agreed upon price. I picked the car up and am completely satisfied because it was exactly as promised. I would. and will. recommend Boris and Jeff and Odis Horne, the Business/Finance Manager, and Napleton's Valley Hyundai to anyone. It was the most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had.
