Great Experience, Seriously Buy here. First off this is our second Accent we bought one in 2012. We loved it, we put a lot of miles on it and were ready for a new one. Napleton's was great First off this is our second Accent we bought one in 2012. We loved it, we put a lot of miles on it and were ready for a new one. Napleton's was great to us our salesman Juan knew our car old and new well and gave us the difference's but it was an easy sell as we loved our our old Accent But he treated us with nothing but kindness and respect and not a dollar like elsewhere. Chuck and Dennis were wonderful too during the salevas well as when we had questions after the fact. They made us feel welcome and made time for us. We did have one snag with the car the battery was defective and failed the test (we purchased with 10 miles on the car and two weeks later experienced power issues) but service apologized and replaced it immediately. We feel that Napleton's as well as Hyundai has won a long time customer, they were welcoming, not uncomfortably aggressive, fair and helpful. We had a wonderful experience with our old Accent I'm sure the battery was just a fluke. (Our old cars battery lasted almost 5yrs, so well we forgot that it needs to be replaced!) We just want you to know that we are very happy with our new car and Napleton's. We purchased a few vehicles together and this a probably the first time really where we felt like valuable customers and not just a buck. More
