Good people but a time consuming experience What started out as a good auto buying experience turned into a very time consuming experience. The salesman, Noel Medina was very courteous, however What started out as a good auto buying experience turned into a very time consuming experience. The salesman, Noel Medina was very courteous, however seemed to be unable to do anything without manager approval. Endless trips to the manager's office while I sat and waited was very tiresome. I was there over 4 hours for what I believe should have taken about an hour. Buying a used car is always a little tricky, but this one seems to be very good. I have found several items that should have been taken care of before the sale. Missing owner's manual, missing floor mats, only one key. So I will see how well the after sale promises work out.
