Great Experience Last week went to check out the tucson for my son. We did not intend to buy one on the spot. Already loved my Santa Fe, love my new Santa Fe even more! I went in to take a look at the newer versions of the Santa Fe and was very pleased with the help I received from Derrick Duff. Boy, was I wrong. Jon Smith, my salesman, was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole buying process. Never once did I feel talked down to. Jon took me through every aspect of the 2018 Tucson from front to back. He answered every question I had. The best part? When we had to walk away to absorb the deal and get lunch they didn't make us feel pressured to stay and close the deal. I ultimately came back and purchased the car. That being said, I would highly recommend Napleton's and Jon Smith specifically, if you're in the market for a new Hyundai. More
