Horrible Service Experience I had a horrible experience at the service center. I had an appointment on Saturday to fix my door. They claimed to have fixed it on Saturday so I too I had a horrible experience at the service center. I had an appointment on Saturday to fix my door. They claimed to have fixed it on Saturday so I took it home. I get home and it's not fixed... I call on Saturday night to make an appointment on Tuesday to get it resolved for 6pm and i got there early at 5pm. I never received a call on Tuesday night about my car, so I had to call them on Wednesday morning about my car. They hadn't even started or looked at my car when i had an appointment! Dont schedule appointments if you are not going to have time to look at the cars or even bother to call... Then because of the inconvenience they did not charge me for the labor, but I still had to pay for the part. I appreciate not having to pay for the labor, but i know for a fact that the labor is cheaper than the part and the one part was almost $300... I am very disappointed at the experience I had with the service department and i wont be coming back for any service at this dealership. Dan was an excellent service representative, so i thank him for that, but otherwise I was not pleased or impressed. More
