Service So today Monday January 21,2019 I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived pulled into service line and proceeded to be acknowledged for an hal So today Monday January 21,2019 I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived pulled into service line and proceeded to be acknowledged for an half hour. The only time I was spoke to was to tell me to move back out of the garage because the car in front of me was not staying for some reason. I was not told why just to back up!!! So I did. Then the guy behind me was going to pull forward in my spot and I yelled out the windo I was not leaving it was the person before me. He then proceeded to pull in the other lane ahead of me. The car in front of me never left and got out of his car. Nothing was ever said to me what was going on . Service people just kept walking past ignoring me. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. In the mean time the guy who pulled ahead of me , his info was taken and he went into the waiting room. Still no acknowledgment of me waiting for half An hour!! I then said to Someone open the door and I backed up and left. And no when my lease is up I’m done with Napelton Aurora More

When their internet team reached out to me to refinance my current vehicle, it was discovered I had a great car buying experience at this dealership. When their internet team reached out to me to refinance my current vehicle, it was discovered I could get a better deal if I decided to purchase new. The customer service and attentiveness I received by their newest salesman Dion was outstanding. He went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was happy with my vehicle while explaining all of my available options as well as how to use them. Al worked his magic with the numbers and the vehicle to provide an outstanding customer experience. I would highly recommend these guys and this dealership. They are very friendly, professional and customer oriented. Highly recommend! More

Salesman and manager would not return my calls after sale I found a used 2015 Nissan Rogue on Carvana for sale at Napleton's. My wife & I took a drive out to see the vehicle in person. The salesman, Derrick D I found a used 2015 Nissan Rogue on Carvana for sale at Napleton's. My wife & I took a drive out to see the vehicle in person. The salesman, Derrick Duff, greeted us at the door and located 2 Rogues that might meet our needs. We were interested in the one we bought because of the low miles and that it was still under the original 3 year/36K mile Nissan warranty. We finalized the sale, paid for the car and waited until the vehicle was ready to be driven off the lot. Derrick gave me the key for the vehicle and I immediately asked for the 2nd key. He said the original owner who traded in the car to Napleton's did not give them a 2nd key. Derrick said that it happens sometimes and that he would call the previous owner to get the key. He said that if that didn't work out, Napleton's would do a dealer thing that would get a new 2nd key from a Nissan dealer since a new key would cost approximately $250. The following week, I called Derrick to get a status, the call went to his voicemail and I left a message. He had also given me his cell # so I texted him. He did not return the phone call or the text messages. About 10 days, 2 weeks goes by with no response and I called the dealership to talk to a manager. I don't remember his name but I gave him the above story about the missing 2nd key and he said he would talk to Derrick and then call me back before the end of the day. No call that day or since. Extremely sad that something is promised and when you follow up about it, they stop returning your calls. More
Don’t buy from this dealership.Disappointing Experience I brought my first car 2018 sonata Dec082018 On the day of car purchase none of their sales,finances or insurance people checked my visa documents or I brought my first car 2018 sonata Dec082018 On the day of car purchase none of their sales,finances or insurance people checked my visa documents or any Hyundai finance eligibility required paper from me. Even though I had very good credit score I was charged 6% of high interest rates I even agreed to that and did my purchase from this dealer. but It’s been a month today and now insurance department calls and informs me that Hyundai can’t finances my car as my visa date is not valid for more years. Note: why would you not check the legal documents of customers and let them know if they are eligible for Hyundai finances on the day of purchase and walk through the finance options I guess this is the way they cheat the customer and make them buy car from them.so customer don’t have options and agree to all there term and pay money. Terrible experience overall.I am still not approved for Hyundai finances and checking to add my family as co-payer but again they are going to charge 6% interest rate which is too high or a good credit score. I will not recommend my friends and family to this dealership never. More
