Low Key Sell I came into the dealership just to look. Brian asked the right questions so that he could show me the Santa Fe model that would suit me best. He brought the SUV up to the door for me to look at. I really wasn't interested in driving it at that point. I asked for some leasing numbers just to see what I was looking at in terms of money. He got me the numbers and kept urging me to consider leasing the vehicle. He was very laid back about the urging to lease. I never felt pressured at any point. He invited me to take a test drive and then see how I felt. I did and I ended up leasing the Santa Fe. Only downside of the process was the time spent on the paperwork. A lot longer than I have ever experienced. More
