Worst Dealership in Illinois If I could give this dealership zero Stars I would. They are probably the most dishonest car dealership I've ever dealt with. We drove almost an hour If I could give this dealership zero Stars I would. They are probably the most dishonest car dealership I've ever dealt with. We drove almost an hour to buy a vehicle that look like a great deal. We didn't haggle on price and my husband let them know almost a week ahead of time we would be coming to purchase vehicle. They had promised to have vehicle detailed and ready when we came. Derek our salesman acted like he had no idea we were coming and vehicle was filthy when we got there. We decided we would overlook the condition and go ahead and buy the vehicle so we went ahead and made the deal for the full asking price. We were told they would take our trade-in and would give us a loner until they got the vehicle cleaned. We went ahead and completed the deal, and then they told us that they had no loner for us. At that point they had our money so we drove our vehicle home and came back after the weekend and pick up our new vehicle. This whole process took several hours. We thought our problems were over, but three months later we found out they never submitted the title when are bank called us. We spent three full days on the phone getting the runaround and leaving messages for their management flat out told us they did not care because this wasn't an expensive vehicle that we purchased. We finally forced them to send the title to the Secretary of State to get processed. When I talked to the head manager al-abbas he kept asking me what do I want? I told him what did he consider three months worth of aggravation and horrible customer service to be worth. He told me he would send $100 gift card in the mail. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, please be smarter than we were and read the reviews before you go to get a" good deal' from this bunch of xxxxxxxx who only care about you if you are spending $50,000. If I didn't work a full-time job I would pursue some sort of legal consequence for these Crooks as they clearly broke the law according to the Secretary of State. Just consider yourself warned, as bad as car dealers are considered hey, this is the worst of the worst. More

Best car buying experience ever! I was in the market for a compact SUV/Crossover and Hyundai was one the brands on my list. After visiting two other dealerships (Ford and Honda), I v I was in the market for a compact SUV/Crossover and Hyundai was one the brands on my list. After visiting two other dealerships (Ford and Honda), I visited Napleton's Valley Hyundai. I was greeted by the manager at the door and he quickly found me a sales representative. Nizar Assria greeted my wife and I, and was quite friendly and engaging. After some questions, we headed out to the lot to look at the Santa Fe. With a career in sales, it was refreshing for me to work with a professional who communicated well and wasn't pushy. Having done tons of research on the segment and the models we were viewing, I was impressed with Nizar's knowledge and how quickly he found me what I was looking for. We ended up going back and forth between the Santa Fe and the Tucson, but settled on the Santa Fe. Napleton's Valley Hyundai is a high volume dealership, so unfortunately they didn't have the exact model and color I wanted. Nizar stayed in touch daily trying to locate one. To speed up the process, I attempted to go to another dealership, as they said they had what I wanted. I was mislead. Not only did they lie about having the vehicle, but we had driven an hour and they simply acted like they didn't care. Finally, we came back to Napleton's Valley Hyundai and went with a model they had in stock. After much negotiating back and forth we settled on a deal. Not only did I get the best price in the market, they gave me more for my trade! Nizar and the staff made it fun every step of the way. Buying a car can be a daunting and unpleasant process, let alone dealing with many dealerships that play games and waste your time. I didn't feel any of that in this experience. That said, I can confidently recommend this dealership and Nizar. Cheers to Nizar and the team at Napleton's Valley Hyundai! I love my Hyundai! Low Key Sell I came into the dealership just to look. Brian asked the right questions so that he could show me the Santa Fe model that would suit me best. He brought the SUV up to the door for me to look at. I really wasn't interested in driving it at that point. I asked for some leasing numbers just to see what I was looking at in terms of money. He got me the numbers and kept urging me to consider leasing the vehicle. He was very laid back about the urging to lease. I never felt pressured at any point. He invited me to take a test drive and then see how I felt. I did and I ended up leasing the Santa Fe. Only downside of the process was the time spent on the paperwork. A lot longer than I have ever experienced. More
