Smooth and concise. I came with with low expectations having been searching for a vehicle for quite some time now. I spent my entire Saturday at another dealership doing I came with with low expectations having been searching for a vehicle for quite some time now. I spent my entire Saturday at another dealership doing the paperwork and getting things ready to drive off the lot in that vehicle only to be told that because it was Saturday they could not get a bank to approve the financing. I went home and felt super demotivated, after all I did just let them run my credit and I didn't even get the car. I waited and called back on Monday only to be told this time that they didn't have time to get to my packet but that they would show special attention to it on the following day. I called back the next day only to find out that my salesman, the finance manager and the General Service Manager were all off. I pulled my application and gave up hope. At work on this Tuesday afternoon I heard a commercial on the radio about the "Napleton Experience". I plugged it in my GPS and headed over. I walked straight into the showroom and was quickly greeted by the salesman and offered refreshments. I declined so as to release my frustrating story and see if this guy could truly help. He asked what I was looking for and quickly suggested I come take a look at the 2019 Tucson. Instead of taking me on to the lot where this car was parked this guy (Nizar Assria) drove the whole car up to the front door in the shade so I could take my time and inspect the vehicle. Absolutely fell in love with the car and the white pearl paint. I called my wife to head over and Nizar had my business. He was very attentive and remained professional throughout the entire process, delivered exactly what he said he would. Promised that I would not leave unsatisfied and most of all very seamless process. No hiccups in the negotiation process whatsoever, I would counter his offer and he would counter mine, etc. Truly an honorable businessman. This isn't my first time purchasing a car and I could tell he wasn't new to selling vehicles but at the end of the day I was given a good deal that allowed me to get exactly what I wanted for cheaper than I expected and I'm more than positive he was not unpleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Nizar to the community and hope to do business with them in the future. More
