Napleton Aurora Hyundai withholds safety information I purchased a certified used 2016 Tuscon with 36,000 miles is March. Had to purchase the extended warranty per the dealership because it was a certifi I purchased a certified used 2016 Tuscon with 36,000 miles is March. Had to purchase the extended warranty per the dealership because it was a certified vehicle for over $3000 as well. The car has been in for service at least once a month for the same issue. When the car accelerates from a stopped position it jumps as if going over speed bumps and almost stalls completely when trying to turn in traffic. The dealership kept saying there was nothing wrong with it! Today a service manager was honest and informed us the vehicle had been discontinued because of the problems and they would do nothing about it! This was not disclosed at the time of the sale. More

We negotiat We live in Wisconsin, and I contacted Goran by phone one evening regarding a 2015 Nissan Quest that Napleton Valley Hyundai had for sale. We negotiated by text several times and reached a deal that same night. I was always treated with courtesy and respect, and reached a very fair and equitable deal with Goran. The 500+ mile round trip was well worth it. Goran's a straight-shooter with a great personality, and I'd buy an auto again from him in a heartbeat! Great dealership too! More

Unprofessional I visited the dealership on Saturday and was greeted by a very inexperienced salesperson (Dion). Upon inquiring about the car I was interested in, the I visited the dealership on Saturday and was greeted by a very inexperienced salesperson (Dion). Upon inquiring about the car I was interested in, the salesperson had us walk around the lot not knowing if any of the Hyundai Accent were in the inventory. The salesperson suggested that we go inside and look for the available inventory on the computer. After checking the sales rep advised that we look at other cars than the one we had asked for. We agreed and started to discuss the 2019 Elantra SE instead. Our intention was to finance and when we asked about the price, promotions available and options to finance. The salesperson due to his inexperience didn't provide answers and went to speak with the manager (Mustafa). He returned with the manager who instead of providing answers to questions we asked earlier insisted that we lease a vehicle from Hyundai. So, we asked for the leasing options and the manager promised to give us the best deal possible. This is when things got really crazy. Our salesperson appeared to have no knowledge about leasing or financing and therefore had to rely on others. He went inside to talk to the manager (at this point not sure if it was Mustafa or someone else because we never saw Mustafa after our initial interaction with him) to work out the numbers. We waited over an hour chatting with the rep and realized that it had been taking so long. Asked Dion (salesperson) to inquire as to what was going on so he goes inside and returns with numbers different than what had already been discussed and still no mention of what dealer promotion or discount is being offered to us but instead asks that we complete a credit application. I did complete the application however asked Dion that we would like to know about the offer/numbers before we allow the dealership to run credit. Again, he goes inside and returns to say that the numbers were being worked out and that we will know soon. Another hour has passed now and nothing happens so I ask him again to find out as it is taking too much time and no clear progress towards the purchase of a vehicle. He returns with a manager (not Mustafa, not sure about the manager's name because he did not introduce himself) who asks me about the cost factor and residual value I had in mind. At this point, I was frustrated because we were not getting any answers about the questions we asked but instead were being asked about the residual value of the vehicle and cost factor which I am not really sure what it really meant. We had been in the dealership for over three hours, as a result, my daughter had to reschedule an appointment, we were late getting to a family event and still no real progress towards making a purchase. The manager asked us for a down payment and suggested that we finance contrary to what the other manager (Mustafa) advised. He also left to go back in for further discussion and returned in a few minutes to say that they couldn't offer us a deal. The absurdity of all this was that we didn't even know what they had offered and very subtly he informed us of what they couldn't do. We waisted over three hours of our valuable time and lost the opportunity to visit other dealerships because had we known about this outcome we would have gone to another dealership in the area for a better service. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience of shopping for cars. So, among all my car buying experiences, I rate this to be my worst. My intention is to get the attention of the senior management of this dealership so that they may take necessary steps to avoid other customers from having the experience I had at this dealership.
