I went in for a basic oil change on a Tucson SEL I had recently purchased a yr ago and ended up walking out with a brand new 2020 Hyundai Tucson Limited thanks to Nizar, Oliver, and Aneisha! I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle but when I received a call day of my service asking if I would be interested in trading in my current vehicle for a newer one I couldn’t pass on the opportunity. Nizar my sales advisor and Oliver Sales manager took care of me from the moment I walked in. I told them exactly what I wanted and without hesitation they worked relentlessly to make it happen! I didn’t think it would be possible for me to upgrade to the Tucson limited but Nizar and Ole made it their mission to make any calls necessary to make sure I got it and most importantly for the price I needed! Sad to say that a dealership of this size has no communication skills. Every phone call, and there have been many by me, I get the run around, never a yes or no answer or even a courtesy call back. They are quick to take your money, but don't rush to give back what is owed you. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, their customer service and finance area need a lesson in courtesy!
