Great Buying Experiance! I had a wonderful experience at Napelton Valley Hyundai. I bought a Tucson Ultimate 2020 a few weeks ago. Nizar was very helpful and accomadating. He was impressively knowlagable about the Tucson's features as he was passionate about Hyundai. He thouroughly explained all the facets of the car and the buying process. Nizar was also very patient as we had to leave a couple times through the day. I even took the car out for 2 test drives! The entire process went smoothly and efficiently. After searching for a car for over a month and test driving 7+ vehicals, I could not ask for a better experiance when buying my first car! More

Mike Cummings was great ..the finance guy ..angel was not so great ..tried to make me buy a warranty for 3500.00 and gap for 900..and when I refused..he tried to jack my finance rate from 7.25 to 9.9 and not so great ..tried to make me buy a warranty for 3500.00 and gap for 900..and when I refused..he tried to jack my finance rate from 7.25 to 9.9 and tried to tell me the bank wouldn't give me the rare unless I got both ..I was going to walk out ..then he put it back to the 7.25..so watch out for the devil..I mean angel..which he is not!
