Easiest experience with product update! My 2018 CRV, which I purchased from Honda Napleton's River Oak, needed to have a software update and air conditioning unit replaced at no cost. Denise My 2018 CRV, which I purchased from Honda Napleton's River Oak, needed to have a software update and air conditioning unit replaced at no cost. Denise Bragg in the service department made the entire process easy. She was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, and understanding of my concerns. She even was able to pick up and return my CRV, which any senior can understand how great that was! I can't sing her praises enough. This is my first Honda and with wonderful service like I got, I would highly recommend Napleton's River Oaks Honda to all my friends! More
