I After purchasing a used vehicle at Napleton's River Oaks Honda last June 2018, I was amazed that they continued to care about my total satisfaction. I explained that my grandson seemed to have an allergic reaction after riding in the vehicle, sales manager Ryan Augustine actually listened and cared enough to have the vehicle totally cleaned and carpet shampooed at no cost to me. Mr. Ryan Augustine's concern and empathy for my grandson's health was greatly appreciated. I will never buy or service another vehicle from any other dealership. He was very pati We purchased a used Certified Honda Odyssey EXL that we had seen online. Our first import. Jeffery Parham (JP) was our salesman. He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable of the vehicle features, and a downright nice guy. He was not pushy and made our visit pleasant. We liked how the nice Delivery Mgr., Larry Chambers, walked us through all the tech features before we left. This was much needed and so helpful. The Service Dept. Mgr. was also good. We had a budget in mind. JP and Gen. Mgr., Frank Dayyat, (also a nice guy) helped us achieve our goal to purchase this beautiful vehicle. We appreciate the courtesy extended to us from everyone there and would highly recommend JP and Napleton's River Oaks Honda. More

Great Buying Experience From the first contact by phone until I drove away in my new CR-V, my contact with Napleton RiverOaks Honda was awesome. The sales manager Dionte' mad From the first contact by phone until I drove away in my new CR-V, my contact with Napleton RiverOaks Honda was awesome. The sales manager Dionte' made me feel like a valued potential customer and let me know what documents I needed to bring with me. My sales person was Jeffrey Parham. He made me feel at ease about my financial situation and assured me he would work with me if I would work with him. Even though I wasn't looking for a new car at first, I mentioned that I liked the CR-V. He showed me a new 2018 that was well equipped. He and the finance manager put together a deal I could afford. They got me out of my car I had outgrown and put me into a vehicle that more fit my needs. The whole experience was so different to how I was treated by the dealer I bought my trade in car from. I will recommend River Oaks Honda to any of my friends looking to buy a car. I give this team 5 stars because of the total commitment I felt from everyone I came into contact with. More
