Disappointed Hi My name is Fahad ahsan I am a regular customer of Honda dealership at 17220 Torrence Ave Lansing, IL 60438 United States Today I went for Hi My name is Fahad ahsan I am a regular customer of Honda dealership at 17220 Torrence Ave Lansing, IL 60438 United States Today I went for my oil change and tire rotation service at the dealership and found out they did not rotate the tires they just did the oil change and charge me the tire rotation charges just because I asked for the discount my concern is that they should let customer walk out if they can't give the discount but at least don't lie to customer because when I walk in to Honda dealership I have Blind trust that I am in good hands but I do not feel that any more, now they just lost there regular customer, I live in Bridgeview but I come to get my car fixed from river oaks Honda for last 2 years I am so dissatisfied and disappointed my number is 7739810694 if you need more detail just call me Thanks More

The salespeople I have encountered in the past would typically give the "hard sell" which created an uncomfortable experience. It was completely different at this Honda dealership. Our salesperson, "Moody" Sulman, was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. No hard sell, just a very knowledgeable salesman who answered all of our questions and helped guide us through the whole process. In addition, of the five Honda dealerships I received quotes from, Napleton Honda in Lansing gave me the best deal of all. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Honda vehicle and would further recommend that you ask for "Moody" if you want a superior buying experience. More
