It’s been 9 months and I get a reply now.i never got my mats never got my gift card that I was promised because my ram was filthy when I got it and I had to have it detailed and it cost me over $100 plus I never received my registration I had to go to motor vehicle in Port St. Lucie and pay for a registration that I paid for when I bought the new vehicle.i was told they dodge do not make the all weather mats anymore mean while i saw them on other new vehicles.i called and called got a run around until they finally said im not getting my mats the gift card never answered me about the registration so i had to go to motor vehicle find out nothing was submitted and i had to pay for it again and the under the seat storage bins also.i even had to argue with the service department that i had 3 yrs of oil changes till they finally corrected it after two hrs.ii will never purchase from this dealership ever again I will go to Arrigo
