The worst preowned car buying experience I've ever had. Was ready to sign and had all paperwork ready to go including loan approval. I then decided to opt out of their extended warranty which was $3400 and just keep the gap insurance they sold me. I was buying the car from out of town and could not be there in person for the transaction so all paperwork was done electronically. I called the finance manager, Andrea Pena, to request that the warranty be removed as I no longer wanted it. She had initially pushed me extremely hard into it as they make big commission off selling these third party warranties. She had a bad attitude about having to change the terms to remove the warranty and pushed me off saying she would have to ask her manager and call me back. I never got a call back. I attempted to contact her multiple times directly and of course now all calls go to her voicemail. Attempted to contact Craig Sabarese who is the sales manager I was dealing with, who before answered all my calls joyfully, was not answering his phone either. This went on the entire day. Finally, before close, after multiple attempts, Craig answered my call and says "in the name of full transparency, because you wanted to change your terms, we sold the car to someone else" They ghosted me so they could wait on someone else to come in and bulldoze them into buying the super expensive warranty. Or so I thought, because a few days later, I check their inventory on their website and low and behold the car, which was taken off inventory that day, I presume to pretend it was sold, was suddenly back on their site and available. So I call to make sure, and the guy I talk to named Frank says yes, that car is available! So not only did they ghost me because they didn't want to sell me a car without making money off their warranty, which is incredibly unprofessional by Andrea Pena and Craig Sabarese, they lied to me saying it was sold! How much more deceptive and slimy can you get? A new low for used car salesman/woman. I would not recommend spending any money here. Choose a more professional and honest dealer. More

It just wouldn’t turn on and the blower wouldn’t work along with some other things on the dashboard so I bring it in at 3:30.approximately I get a call shortly after within an hour and I still have the conversation on my message Mr. Devito you need an HVAC module to be installed. We don’t have it in stock. It has to be ordered and the car will be ready next week And it’s $1175 plus they charge me $322 of that 1175 to diagnose the problem .. anyway that was Friday late … Saturday morning at 9 o’clock I needed some papers I left in the car. I had my wife drop me off there to get the papers and to borrow my own car for a half hour to drive us someplace with my car it was running just the dashboard issues and no air conditioning not a problem. I find my car on the lot they hesitate giving me the keys. They finally give me the keys so I go to borrow my car and tell them that I’ll bring it back within a half hour because the car is running it’s just that the air-conditioning is not working. They’re very hesitant. They wouldn’t let me leave unless I paid $322 for the diagnosis that evidently they did within two working hours from late in the afternoon on Friday till 9 o’clock in the morning on Saturday I get in the car to get the paperwork and to drive my wife to her destination and guess what everything is working the air conditioning works. The whole panel is working like it was never broken. What happened to the parts I needed . What about the wait til next week .They fixed it with probably may be a fuse, but they lied to me and told me they had to order a part It would be next week and with an exorbitant amount of money . I guess the bigger and elongated the story the more they can charge … I’m still working on how not to pay that diagnosis charge because evidently it was the wrong diagnosis if they even did a diagnosis which negates the diagnosis charge of 332,00 which I really sincerely feel they never did. They know the story when that panel goes out. They fixed it within an hour and a half so before you bring your car there I want you to know their service department is criminal. I will fight this diagnosis xxxxxxxx charge . And they could not give me a car for free . So far my calls to lance and Chris have been avoidance behavior. Stay away from. More

I will never visit Napleton's service department again. I brought my truck in with a minor rear view mirror and I left the dealership with no backup camera. I was driving to work on a Tuesday, I received a message to service my transmission. When I got to work I did a little more reading on the error and it said not to drive the vehicle. I called the number for to service my transmission. When I got to work I did a little more reading on the error and it said not to drive the vehicle. I called the number for my extended warranty. They said to call the dealership and make sure that they wanted my vehicle for the service. I called the dealership, I was told that I could have an appointment Wednesday at 11:00, was that good. I said it was OK, I had no vehicle so the sooner the better. She (Mary) asked me to hold on. She came back and said that she got a waiver for me and my appointment was now Tuesday at 12:00. The towing company had my vehicle there by 11:00 on Tuesday. The next two days were just filled with ignoring me. On Wednesday I received a call at 15:08 that they were looking at my vehicle and they would get back to me. This is now 27 hours after my appointment. No response after that. No answers on Thursday. I got a hold of them at 13:00. This is now 50 hours past my appointment and they told me that someone was getting ready to look at my car now. Twenty-two hours after they told me that someone was looking at my vehicle. I finally heard back from them at 18:30. 54 hours after my appointment. I was told that it was good that I brought it to them, which I was told that I had to, but it is a GMC and I purchased it used at the Chrysler, Jeep, Ram dealership, and they cannot figure out what is wrong, so Friday they are going to bring it to the Chevrolet dealership so they can fix it. So now it is Friday. Almost 70 hours after my appointment, third day of a rental car, and now they are going to bring it to someone else to fix. More
