Ken, we're with you on this! We wish cars still came with spare tires and not just the fix-a-flat - let alone that it has an expiration date to boot. You asked the question about being the first... we answered honestly... and we applaud your effort in staying on top of your vehicle emergency maintenance needs! Most do not. As for the service we provide, it is most certainly genuine and sincere. However, in this day and age of internet everything we also have to manage our online presence. We wish everyone knew how hard we try and that every once in a while we might ask a customer to have a little patience with us while we try to move mountains to make them happy.
