smoke and mirrors So I was looking online at the ford focus and found one spoke to the dealerships online sales guy Justin asked some questions about the car and let hi So I was looking online at the ford focus and found one spoke to the dealerships online sales guy Justin asked some questions about the car and let him know id be by to check out the vehicle. When I got there I met addulla abbadi who it turned out was Justin, normally this wouldn't throw me off my best friend kareim sometimes introduces himself as Josh to avoid discrimination, but here it was the first red flag of many. He takes us over to his desk and is bsing normal dealer talk wasting time for maybe 15 minutes trying to get me invested in the car and constantly asking me to sit down before disappearing for about 10 minutes to go get the car. He pulls up opens the door and I could smell both the smoke and heavy cleaner trying to mask the smoke. I had told him initially over the phone I did not want a smoking car and brought this up to him which he vehemently denied that it was a smoking car and tried telling me that even if it was I wouldn't be able to tell.... I clearly was able. He denied it was a smoking car right up till the point I scoured the car for cigarette burns and found multiple. I told him I wasn't interested and he brought me back to his desk a different employee was sitting at using the computer and talking to someone in the armed forces about when they were being deployed. I understand car dealers sometimes hotel their dealers but this seemed like a personal call and we were customers. After waiting about 5 minutes listening to this phone call and Abdulla asking me to sit another 5 times I went off on him explaining I know about the power play with sitting and the wasting time I'm good friends with several Honda sales people I went on to explain that this was the least professional experience I had ever had and would have complained if I felt it would make a difference which is why I took the time to write a review. I appreciate this forum in which I can vent about this horrible experience and hopefully make a more meaningful impact by warning other users so even if they eventually do business with ed napleton kia they will at least go in aware. More
Repeat Customer I purchased my 1st. 2013 Kia Optima in 2012. I liked it so much that when my daughters were ready to get a new Car, I only knew to go Kia again. We I purchased my 1st. 2013 Kia Optima in 2012. I liked it so much that when my daughters were ready to get a new Car, I only knew to go Kia again. We went with the 2016 Kia Forte. Vince Ballachia was my Salesman both times and was Wonderful then and now. Being in sales myself, I know how important it is to close the deal, but there was no pressure from him. The Used Car Sales Manager was friendly and made us feel quite comfortable. More
