Marius the "finance manager" takes the prize for raising his voice, speaking over me, and coming around the desk to literally get in my face and simply for choosing outside financing. Good down payment, excellent credit, and prearranged financing does not matter in this place. This is not a female friendly environment for customers or employees alike. Buyers beware, shop at your own risk in this place!!! More

After buying the car we were very pleased. A guy named Lucian helped us with the choice. He listened to us and made our choice as comfortable as possible. We bought a good car at a good price. They are very shady here and I would avoid at all cost. Purchased a used car and traded in our old car. Everything was going fine until we started talking about numbers. They claimed we HAVE to purchase th Purchased a used car and traded in our old car. Everything was going fine until we started talking about numbers. They claimed we HAVE to purchase the CPO warranty (even though the car was listed as having it already) in order to get a better rate. I literally have over 800 credit score. I showed them a rate that my bank was offering and then they still insisted we have to get the CPO warranty to get it even though bank said we didn't have to. I can't fully blame Joel as I believe he was just told what to say from the financing department. Either way ended up getting swindled into purchasing that CPO warranty anyway and then the financing officer (Almin Spahic) told us after we signed everything that they offer another warranty that has all coverage of the car that is better than the one we purchased. Literally offering this on top of the one we just purchased instead of offering that one first. This new warranty made the first warranty absolutely useless and a waste of like $2500. They wouldn't just cancel out the first warranty even though they basically forced us to get it. We are talking about paying an extra like $6000 because of these warranties instead of around $3500-$4000 for the all encompassing warranty on its own. Entire place is a scam. Then they tell us we should just replace license plates instead of renewing as it would be more cost effective since we had a renewal for the sticker coming up in 5 months anyways. Not a big deal. Gave us temp plates. Still haven't received any license plates and temp plates are about to expire. E-mailed all of them multiple times to see if they could give us a new set of temp plates (as they originally said they would if plates didn't arrive in time) until the actual license plates arrive. We even called the financial office (no answer). Nobody returned any e-mails. Went back into the dealership and they admitted they were just going to not do anything or reach back out. The sales guy claimed he was told to not respond. How ridiculous is that? Their final answer was we have to go to DMV for that. Why couldn't they say that over a quick e-mail a month ago when we first reached out before this temp plate expired instead of ignoring e-mails and calls. So many red flags with this place. Would never step foot in their doors again and I truly hope others read the review to see how sketchy they operate and continuously lie to add things to the price and avoid their customers after the fact. For the record I have dealt with plenty of other dealerships and never had an experience remotely like this. I suggest strongly finding a different dealership to work with. More
I stopped by the dealership to look at a vehicle that happened to be in service. While there, I was helped by Aleks who took the time to walk with me around the dealership to show me all of the available happened to be in service. While there, I was helped by Aleks who took the time to walk with me around the dealership to show me all of the available options. She was even able to get me valuable information about the truck that I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and kept me updated throughout the process. If you're in the market for a vehicle and you stop by this dealership, ask for Aleks. She'll do her best to make you feel secure in your purchase and that you have an extremely satisfying experience. I bought my car from Napelton Kia. I was greeted by a tall Gentelman who introduced himself as Jay the manager. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He took me to see I was greeted by a tall Gentelman who introduced himself as Jay the manager. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He took me to see a salesman named Jeff. Jeff and test drove some vehicles and when I found the one I like he took me to Jay who took care of the whole process. Wow was I impressed? It was the easiest And fastest transaction I have ever encountered. I will definitely be returning and recommending everyone and anyone to Napleton Kia to see the manager Jay More
