The first time I brought my car for service, I actually took the shuttle to the mall. After being told 2-3 times that they were on the way, they never came and got me - I had to take an Uber back to the dealership. Next time I came - after being told they would have a car available for me to use while service was performed - I was told that was not option. Both my parents have bought cars in the last two months and dissuaded them from going here. I will stand by that. VIP service is a joke. Try another Mitsubishi dealer - or any other… More
