Very solid dealer. Matt, my sales associate, was awesome. He helped me assess my credit situation, and worked well between me and his sales manager. Also, Roger Viti in Service seems to be a really good addition to the team. As a former dealer service professional myself, the way he interacted with me is THE example of professionalism and having the “heart of a servant”. If I have anything to add, it’s that I wish there was a way to have a full “induction tour” of my new car. This was my first Toyota, and my first Camry and I’d have liked to have gotten 30 minutes or so with someone that could walk me through the “ins & outs” of how to fully operate and interact with my car. Worst car dealership experience ever. It is places such as the Napleton's Auto Park of Urbana that give used car dealerships a bad reputation. It took me a full week and 6 points of contact until I finally got the information I was looking for. I couldn't have bought the car I wanted if my life depended on it. In the end the transaction failed because of their lack of ethics. I provided an offer on a $50,000 car that was just $600 short of the listing price. Within minutes of receiving my offer they increased the online sales price by over $1,500. Then I received a call from the sales manager, who gave some fake reason, trying to cover up for their lack of ethics. Buyers be aware! More
