Had battery issue with my 2012 Lexus ES350 and car would not start. After tow truck jump was successful, I called Todd Ballard at Napleton to set up a diagnostic check. I brought the car in the next day. Ba not start. After tow truck jump was successful, I called Todd Ballard at Napleton to set up a diagnostic check. I brought the car in the next day. Battery was still low so it received a full charge and other tests were run. Car met satisfactory ratings and Todd informed me about what I needed to look out for. Courtesy rides were provided both ways. Todd and other staff were courteous and professional. Thanks, Todd and Napleton. More
